Detta underbara hem har 5200 sf med 5 sovrum / 4 badrum. Det handlar om en tunnland mark med en fantastisk utsikt över Gun Sight Rock, sydväst om Bell Rock.
Enormt stort sovrum har en king size-säng och ett eget badrum med badrum med jacuzzi, 3 huvud duschkabin, och stor klädkammare med extra reservskåp. 3 sovrum (drottningar) är anslutna till varandra med ett badrum med jack-n-jill-stil inklusive ett extra djupt badkar. 1 gästrum (dubbelsäng) med klädkammare och eget badrum. Det finns också en färdig källare med en nedfällbar dubbelsäng som ett extra sömnområde. 4 eldstäder, en är en kiva-stil i köket, en i vardagsrummet, och en i källaren, allt propan. En annan är en utomhus vedeldad öppen spis på övervåningen. Köket är över 500 sf med angränsande öppen matsal. 2 diskmaskiner. Tvättstuga. Beautiful View!

Very comfortable place to stay for all 11 of us. The back patio is lovely and the view is spectacular! Decor is a little dated but furniture was comfortable. Little confusing to know what supplies we could use since the owner didn’t lock up his personal supplies like most owners. Overall a great home in a in a beautiful location!

Best views!

This house is truly amazing. Big and roomy with a wonderful balcony overlooking the red rock. The basement is a great extra space with a beautiful pool table and theater with seating. All nicely appointed and well stocked. House is in an upscale neighborhood close enough to Sedona proper for easy access but just outside the crowded downtown. And the views and backyard setting are so so pretty. We VRBO a luxury home every year in the Fall and this one may be the best one of all. Owner is responsive to any concerns. Overall a very great experience.

Very nice house for large groups

Great Christmas Stay!

We held a family reunion. The home had stunning views out the back window and yard and had a wonderful layout for a large gathering. George had the house decorated for Christmas and the home provided plenty of space for six adults. I highly recommend staying her and expect to return (if available) in a couple of years.

Spectacular View

Our group of 8 friends absolutely loved our stay! The backyard was our favorite hang out spot - sitting around the fire pit. What a beautiful view! The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property for large groups.

Great Location with Beautiful Views

We loved the views and the neighborhood. The size of the house was great for us. The property could use some decluttering and more organization in the closets and cupboards and a bit more attention to the small details. The pantry was well stocked. We had an amazing time in the beautiful Sedona area.

Wonderful family/ extended family vacation

Spacious house was great for our family….room to spread out. Appreciated the large kitchen and dining table for 12 of us. All the “toys”…pool, ping pong, putting green were enjoyable. Liked the quietness of the area compared to Sedona. Only compaint was the hot tub was not hot enough.

Oasis away from home

This truly was an amazing house. There was something for everybody from a putting green to a pool table to ping pong to the fire pit. We truly enjoyed every bit of it. Our only regret is not spending more time at house since we were busy exploring Sedona. We will definitely be back.

Great for extended family

The house was large and worked very well for our family of 13 (5 kids ranging in age from 19-15) and 8 adults. The kitchen and outdoor space, as well as two large living spaces, were fabulous. We did bring an airbed for an additional bed and we needed it. The location was so peaceful and beautiful. And the Clark's market just down the road made it so convenient to get to the store, etc. Thank you for a wonderful spot to celebrate Christmas as a family.

Absolutely fabulous for a large group

When we weren't off exploring Sedona, our group spent most of our time in the beautiful backyard, dining al fresco in the shade of the patio cover or just relaxing by the lovely water feature with the red rock mountains in the background. Wish we had discovered the little park at the end of Verde Valley School Road earlier as that was a great place splash in the water. Some of the bedding and carpeting and cooking utensils were a little tired; otherwise, this property would have received 5 stars.

Beautiful, spacious home in a perfect location

Our family of 8 adults and 4 grandsons (ages 1-6) thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this super home. This was the celebration of our anniversary (delayed 1-1/2 years thanks to COVID) and also one grandson’s 3rd birthday. Our mid-Jan, 2023 featured sunshine, rain, snow and gorgeous hiking vistas. We found MLK weekend to be crazy busy in Sedona but not bad around this property at Oak Creek. Our grandsons loved the spacious upstairs and the dads enjoyed ping pong in the garage. We had a great time and would love to do it again.

Fun for all

This house was a perfect for our game loving family. My spouse and I met my siblings and nephews for our first annual family vacation. Ages ranged from 60 to 11 and there was something to love for everyone. Coffee on the patio watching the sunrise each morning was so peaceful. We held a Family Olympic competition, taking full advantage of all the amenities. There were many nearby hikes for all skill levels. Yes, some people had to share a bathroom, but don’t let that deter you. This home far exceeded expectations and I would definitely rent again when in the area.

FAMILY VACATION

Everything was good. The only challenge we had was in back yard. It would have been helpful to know that there is a ravine that runs behind the property. There is no fence so it was not safe for the little kids. The bridge that crosses it was also broken.

Spacious home with great views. Short drive to town and activities.

Great outdoor space. Fire pit, hot tub and lots of outdoor seating to socialize and enjoy the view. Kitchen and dining area were large for dining in. Bedrooms and bathrooms not ideal for 4 couples. Large master with on suite. 2 kids rooms plus office turned bedroom share a Jack and Jill bathroom. 5th bedroom was off the living area with attached bathroom. 4th bathroom was downstairs in game room. Despite this slightly awkward sleeping arrangement we had a great time and enjoyed spending time together in this home. Thank you, George!!

This home is second to none. Plenty of space, great view, far enough off the main drag to avoid traffic, but close enough to activities for convenience. After 15+ years of vacation rental experience, this house typically exceeds renter expectations with no complaints. Sedona is unique, like a mini Grand Canyon, but completely accessible.
