Summary:
Beautiful apartment composed of a bedroom and a living room. It is modern, calm and you will appreciate its light, its comfort and the chic atmosphere. Fully equipped and located a few meters from the famous Clignancourt flea market and the Butte Montmartre. This area is full of restaurants, bars and typical brasseries which delight young and old lovers of world cuisine. My accommodation is ideal for a successful stay as a couple, with family or friends

Apartment of 39 m2 on the Ground Floor (no elevator) composed of:
- 1 living room with a sofa bed, a coffee table, and a dining table for 4 people.
- 1 bedroom with a double bed, smart tv
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
- 1 independent and fully equipped kitchen: microwave, hob, refrigerator, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, iron.
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

Pretty apartment located a few meters from the charming Montmartre hill with its half-village, half-popular spirit, the legendary Louxor cinema and a few meters from the Clignancourt flea market. The area is full of small typical restaurants, very trendy bars and brasseries, museums and galleries and monuments to visit.
Also located 6 minutes from Bichat hospital
