This friendly and warm apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator. It includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed (160);
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional bathroom;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed (110);
- a beautiful shared pool;
- a balcony to enjoy the view;
- a furnished terrace to take the air and your lunches outside.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, iron, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
For your daily errands, a supermarket "U Express" is only 8 minutes walk away.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Galiote beach 6 minutes walk;
- the De La VasiĂšre Observatory 15 minutes away;
