A cozy space! Very cool bathroom and comfortable bed. The kitchen met our needs, there's a hot plate, double oven, and coffee equipment just bring your own coffee and other snacks and food. We didn't get a chance to check out the trail in the back yard that goes to a nearby lake but is another cool feature! Also a short drive to the falls for more adventuring.

Great place in Paradise; very convenient location in a beautiful woods. Very well stocked kitchen. EV charger was a big plus.

Inside the actual living space was exceptionally clean. However, we were very disappointed with the look of the overall property. Unkept, unmowed, and the screened in porch was absolutely filthy. Squirrels nest on the floor, peanut shells everywhere, and just overall dirty. To use the TV we had to set up an Amazon account. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We, however, won't be back as we felt we were at the Bates motel and wondered where the inside cameras were.

Good Place for a Couple

This was a decent VRBO and we would stay here again. The shower took a little getting used to and there were slim pickings for towels, aside from that it was a great place. Aside from the shower, I'd give it a 5 Star. The owner was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Clear instructions were left inside the house. Definitely couples only, no room for kids. The write up on VRBO is fairly complete.For activities, it was short drive to Whitefish Point and a slightly longer drive to Tahquamenon Falls.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, other than more time here. A lot of amenities where here that anticipated things that may have been forgotten, hdmi cable in our case. Also GREAT communication from owner. Best of luck the rest of the year and thank you for providing a great place for our honeymoon!

2 night get away

Great stay. Able to do a trip to white fish point, upper, and lower falls. Would never know the owner is there. Very peaceful and quiet. If you are ok with eating out the whole trip and being in a basically desolate town, I would definitely suggest going in the winter after they are done getting snow storms.

Neat, roomy, and warm. Kitchen large and complete. Living room warm and inviting. Shower got the floor wet and bathtub a little chilly. Overall wonderful accommodations.

Our second time here. Trails and town very accessible. Accommodations are spacious, modern and comfortable. And we got over a foot of new snow as promised ... Will definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend getaway

Not just for couples! My GF and I enjoyed a UP trip together and enjoyed this property. It was quiet, clean and comfortable! Host was very friendly and checked in virtually to ensure that everything was well. Will be back!

Great Getaway

Lovely accommodations. Very clean, comfy, private and nicely appointed. Great location for birding hotspots. Listing pictures are exactly what you get when you stay here. So nice to find a place that welcomes dogs. Great communications with Nick the owner.

Lovely and quiet setting

Located in a beautiful area, this apartment is built into the back of a house. It has a private entrance, screened porch, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and other furnishings. We enjoyed walking the trail right behind the property and which continues to Andrus Lake about one mile away. Very quiet and peaceful. Great communication from manager.

Great little apartment

This was a very nice space. We were surprised to find that it was the back apartment to a house, but I probably missed that in the listing. We still felt that we had plenty of privacy and the woods that the screened in porch looked out on were beautiful. We took a beautiful hike through the forest one of the evenings. Very clean, well appointed kitchen, excellent hot tub, and great location for visiting Taquamemenon and Whitefish Point. We truly enjoyed our time there!
