Room was cozy and very clean. Bed was comfortable. No air conditioning, but there was a fan and it was cool outside. Property was listed having a microwave and there was none. Coffee was provided but no cream sugar etc, would have been a nice touch. Otherwise for a one night stay was a good choice.

The host is very quick to respond, the room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities are great, and it's a real quick drive to the falls.

The room small but VERY CLEAN! Won't let me post the room number, but it's the lowest positive whole numbered room. There are a few rooms there, I think different sizes. Great for what we used it for, base camp while checking out Fall colors. The only knock would be no micro wave in unit, and only 2 bath towels for two people for a 4 night stay, ( one towel each) We always bring extra towels when we stay at a VRBO just for that reason. I contacted the host a few days before and he said he'd put a micro in the room for us...never showed, but no big deal. Instructions on how to use electric fireplace (the only heat source) would have been helpful for this old geezer. Overall, I'd recommend it for a reasonably priced CLEAN place. The "kitchen" in this room consists of a coffee maker and a dorm size refrigerator. Would stay again. Thanks!

It will get the job done...We booked this for 2 people for a quick stop for a race at the Falls. Place was conveniently located. Walkable to the Wheelhouse restaurant and about 15 min drive to the falls.We didn't need anything fancy and this seemed to fit the bill un photos. We expected a small place and the price was decent for what was advertised. But I would say it was a bit more lackluster than expected from photos. The ceiling is plywood and whoever made it seemed like they couldn't be bothered to completely finish it. There is a hole in ceiling where boards were much too short and there is exposed, unfinished, jagged edges around the door. But otherwise it was nicely decorated and was clean.As far as the kitchenette, there is no microwave as advertised so reheating our food was not possible. I messaged the host a couple hours before check in to see about what type of coffee machine was there so we could grab what we needed in Lower Penninsula since grocery options would be limited locally. I never received a response. I believe there was a phone number given in check in notes so hopefully if ever there was an actual important need that would be the most effective way to reach host.

We have stayed here multiple times now. Awesome destination for snowmobiling. Situated between two trails (8 and 45) with one being directly across the street. Easy to get fuel, food, and trail access. Room was clean and ready to go. Response from the host was fast and courteous. We will definitely be back again too.

Our stay was great, the location was excellent for restaurants, those that still operate anyway. (Shout out to the folks at the goat locker!) It was close to the falls, the shipwreck museum and the beach. The room was cozy for sure.
