Located in the heart of Paris in a historic neighbourhood, the apartment sits on the 4th floor of a classic residential building without an elevator.

Please note that the air conditioning is a portable unit for one room.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood where the neighbors value peace and quiet. Please be mindful and respect this peaceful environment during your stay.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
