Welcome to my apartment!
Step into this bright and elegantly decorated 43 m² apartment.
The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a television.
The dining area includes a table that seats up to six guests, along with a breakfast bar with three stools.
It opens onto a balcony furnished with a table and chairs—perfect for enjoying sunny days.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
The bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens. A large closet allows you to store your belongings and feel right at home.
The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and shower. The toilet is located in a separate room for added comfort.
Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed in the apartment.
Professional cleaning is carried out between each stay.
All that's left is for you to enjoy!
Guests will have access to the entire home!

Wander the streets around the station to discover traces of history and architecture, then relax in the nearby urban parks. The Gare district offers a dynamic and contemporary side of Paris.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro stations are Chevaleret and Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand (lines 6 and 14), both just a 7-minute walk from the apartment.
Orly Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
