Cute 3 bedroom lake cottage. The cottage is fully furnished with furniture, appliances, and decor. The home is a 1 minute walk to the small private neighborhood beach, lake front park and fishing pier. Situated in the historic Rye Beach neighborhood, you are only 10-15 minutes from cedar point, 10 minutes to Nickel Plate Beach, 15 minutes to Kalahari, 15 minutes to the island ferry, 5 minutes from great shopping, dining, state nature preserves and more!

The property was perfect for our family. Neighborhood is quiet and offered plenty of things to do. The house was clean and the decor was perfect for a vacation home. Would definitely recommend and we would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Perfect Cedar Point Stay

This was the perfect spot for our group to rest up for a long day at Cedar Point. The house was just as described! Owners wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this place if in the Huron area.

Clean cozy stay

Perfect house for what we needed! There were 4 kids and 5 adults. The house was plenty big for our short stay. It had all the amentities we needed! The house was exactly as it was described in a quiet little neighborhood. The private beach was so close to a house's back patio we felt a little weird using it but not a big deal as we had a beach day @ Nickle Plate beach. I would stay here again.

Quick getaway/ cedar point halloweekend

Cedar Point/PIB getaway

House is beautifully decorated and clean. Close to the beach and Cedar Point. It was the perfect spot to relax, shower and get some rest before we spent the day in PIB. Would definitely stay again!

Great home base

Our family enjoyed staying at the cottage after a full day at Kelley’s Island and the Marblehead Lighthouse. The little neighborhood was quaint with a nice view of the docks.

Cozy location, cozy cottage

The cottage is in a great location, especially for parents with children. A short walk to the private beach and park. A short drive to beautiful Nickel Plate Beach. The cottage had all the essentials and plenty of space. Our kids especially loved the bedroom TVs!

The house was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Beds comfortable and everything was in good working order. We enjoyed swimming, fishing and playing on playground @ Rye Beach.

Cedar Point & Baseball Fun

The title of the house, Cozy Cottage is exactly what it felt like. It was a very clean, cute and cozy cottage! We had so much fun staying in this house and the neighborhood felt safe enough for some running exercises around the neighborhood.

Great home for multi generational families!

House was perfect for everyone in our family from infant to grandma. Clean and well equipped with towels, etc. The owner was very responsive and I agree with the comments from others that the living area is definitely larger than the pictures. Would definitely book again.

Getaway before saying goodbye

A small group wanted to take a couple of days together to enjoy eachothers company and have a quiet cozy place. Kids will be heading to college and we wanted time together uninterrupted. This house was absolutely perfect!
