Gigi’s is a peaceful and luxurious custom home in NW OKC. This home is located in close proximity to the Kilpatrick Turnpike in a quiet gated community with lakes and walking trails. It has three bedrooms with master hosting XL King size bed with astonishing spa shower featuring three shower heads. Two additional bedrooms host a full size bed and queen size bed along with guest bathroom. Also in the great room/living room enjoy 60” tv, piano, and dual indoor/outdoor see through fireplace. Perfect get away to relax and make yourself at home!

The outside patio is covered and designed for entertainment with a fireplace, mounted TV, plenty of seating as well as a gas charcoal BBQ grill. There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The immaculate kitchen host a double oven for larger meals. There are dishes with pots and pans for your convenience along with a coffee/refreshment station. Please feel free to use any products or items in the home.

Housekeeping rules: No pets, no smoking inside the house (designated to outdoor patio), no parties or events, quiet hours after 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends, clean hands and hygiene on furniture especially in great room/living room, no eating or drinking on living room furniture or in bedrooms, and damages to furniture or home could result in a fee up to $500.
