This stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Kiawah Island cottage is located in the West Beach area and has been newly remodeled in Spring 2023! Enjoy island style living with a wraparound porch, natural gas grill for BBQs, access to a secluded community pool, and a brand-new outdoor shower just off the steps to quickly rinse off after a day on the beach, just a short 5-minute walk away!
Offering an open living area, this spacious cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. The living area features high-end, comfortable furnishings and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with plenty of room for the whole family to sit back and relax. The kitchen has been updated with quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar that opens to the living room. The designated dining area features seating for six. A stunning sunroom is located just off the living area, offering additional lounge space with a TV and access to the outdoor deck.
Just off the kitchen and living area is the full laundry room with a high-end washer and dryer set, so that you never have to leave home for household chores.
The primary suite features a king bed, flatscreen TV, and large en-suite bathroom. The private bathroom offers a dual vanity, as well as a massive walk-in shower with two shower heads.
Both guest rooms offer queen beds and flatscreen TVs, one with a private full bath and the other with a full bath that connects to the living area.
Sparrow Pond are popular Kiawah condo rentals set in a serene setting near West Beach Village. Take a scenic stroll through the oaks and pines to Kiawah Islandâs 10 miles of beautiful beaches, enjoy hours of family fun in the community pool and discover the best of Kiawah Island from this central location. West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Islandâs main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawahâs oldest neighborhood with meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe. The outdoor deck and exterior of the cottage is treated for Mosquito's March - October!
Youâre an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Islandâs world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.
Pool Access: Guests have access to the Duneside/Sparrow Pond Community Pool only (Apr-Oct). Please note this property has NO resort pool access.
Beach Access: Beach access is via Boardwalks 1 and 2.
Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.
Parking: There is parking for up to 3 cars.
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
