Welcome to this studio apartment, located in Rouen near the Aitre Saint-Maclou, on the first floor (no lift) of a secure building.

This 27m3 flat has a living room with bed and sofa bed, an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, and a shower room with WC.

The living room has a bed (140x190cm) and a sofa bed (140x190cm), a television and a 4-seater dining table.

The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with induction hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and a wide selection of kitchen utensils.

The shower room has a shower, washbasin and WC.

A storage cupboard is located next to the shower room.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

## Neighborhood

Rue Géricault in Rouen is located in a quiet, pleasant residential area close to the city centre. Nearby, you'll find the Aître Saint-Maclou, a former medieval ossuary, now a fascinating historical site that hosts exhibitions and cultural events. This area combines tranquillity, historic charm and accessibility to local amenities such as shops, restaurants and public transport.

Just a short walk away, you'll find the magnificent Notre-Dame de Rouen cathedral, a Gothic masterpiece, and the Gros-Horloge, the city's iconic astronomical clock. Art lovers can also visit the Musée des Beaux-Arts, which houses works by renowned artists, including Théodore Géricault, painter of the famous ‘Raft of the Medusa’, after whom the street is named.

In short, rue Géricault in Rouen offers a peaceful and pleasant living environment, right next to the city's rich historical and cultural heritage. It's a perfect location for enjoying both the tranquillity of residential life and the liveliness of the city centre.

## Transit

Rue Géricault is also well connected to public transport, with bus and metro lines nearby, providing easy access to other parts of the city. Rouen-Rive-Droite station is around 15 minutes' walk away, convenient for those travelling to Paris or other destinations.

If you're arriving by train from the SNCF station, you can take the F7 or the 11, which will drop you off at the Saint Nicolas stop at the foot of the flat.

If you are arriving from the bus station, take the T1, T2 or T3 to the Saint Marc stop, which will drop you off 10 minutes' walk from the flat.

## Notes

Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the first floor. Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases.

Arrivals can be made via the ArchiDuchesse keymaster from 4pm to 8pm and departures must be made by 11am at the latest.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the flat, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! For any special requests, please contact the Cour de l'ArchiDuchesse.

Please note that this flat is the owners' main residence. Therefore, they live in the flat and rent it out when they are away, allowing travellers to stay in an authentic domestic environment. The owners are happy to make their equipment available to you and to provide you with cupboard space to organise your belongings. However, please respect their privacy and do not open cupboards that are closed/marked as private.

Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
