Great quiet location in heart of Little Italy

Convenient location to Little Italy, the Midway and Seaport Village. Apartment was clean and host was responsive to questions. Unit was spacious and had a nice balcony.

Wonderful property!

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment. The space had everything we needed, from extra towels to a fully stocked kitchen. The property owners were amazing, quick to answer questions, gave great recommendations to nearby food options and made our vacation very enjoyable. The location is ideal, it was great to have our own gated parking space and an elevator. We will definitely book here again!

All about the location

We absolutely love this condo! It is 2 minutes from everything you will need in Little Italy!! The bedding is so nice and the bed is so comfortable. We will not stay anywhere else now that we know about this place. Communication with the manager is incredible!! Very helpful and very accommodating!!

Great Location!!

The apt was in a great location near the little italy market..where there is soo much food options. Near the trolly to take you anywhere ! Would definitely stay again.

Best location

Stayed here for a weekend girls trip and it was amazing! We walked everywhere and had the best restaurants near us. Big bonus is that for the cleaning fee, you do no cleaning for them unlike a lot of other properties I've stayed at!

Perfect condo for 1-2 people. Amazing location close to all the wonderful things Little Italy has to offer in San Diego-walk to bars, restaurants, and more! Very clean! Host was friendly and very accomodating!

Perfect Location

With this property the location is everything! You can walk to all the best Little Italy restaurants and the downtown is just 5 minutes away. The property is comfy and clean. The bed is smaller than we expected but it was ok. The kitchen was perfect and having the extra half bath was a plus. It is very safe and secure. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice convenient loft apartment in little Italy

Great little unit. We had my husband and I with our daughter and her husband and baby son. Easy to get around to the sites in downtown San Diego. Plenty of room to spread out. One full bath upstairs and half down.

Great Place in Little Italy

This is a perfect location in Little Italy one block from India Street. The condo is just as advertised. The balcony is a great place to hang out and relax. The 1.5 bathrooms, upstairs and down, are very convenient. Free included parking is great! Thanks Laura and Paisley!

Location location location

I rented the condo for a week with my family over Thanksgiving and we had a wonderful time! The location is central to everything – you're mere steps away from the farmer's market and literally dozens of wonderful Italian restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops. It's a short walk to the Port of San Diego and USS Midway, and a 5 minute drive from the airport. The host responded quickly with any questions and was very accommodating. It's also dog-friendly which was great when our daughter who lives in SD stopped by with her pup. Highly recommend staying here. Five stars!

Best Location in Little Italy

Everything during our five-day stay here was perfect. The location is outstanding and within easy walking distance to the best restaurants in Little Italy. The trolley is nearby for transportation to other parts of the city and the area. Our host was very responsive throughout the reservation process and before our stay. The patio is a lovely spot to relax after a busy day, and it was nice to have a full-size refrigerator. You are one block from the Mercato Market on Saturday and Wednesday. A Keurig coffee machine was a bonus with an excellent selection of pods. Highly recommend.

Good old fashion Catfish

This space should not be rented. ( Catfish) We arrived approximately between 12:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. to the space. I tried to use the shower and the Handel /flange or decorative plate fell off. (We contacted the owner/ manger Saturday and where told Sunday for a maintenance person to come and fix the space. ) on the 3rd day of a 4 day stay. The shower had soap and hair sitting on the wall and in the drain. The shower was cracked with caulking peeling. It was an older space and slightly run down this isn't the problem. The space was not clean. The couch appeared to be stained with urine. The curtain rod was hanging and appeared to be broken. We contacted the manager and discussed our concerns and without the shower being fixed in a timely manner we were going to have to find a place to shower for 3 days out of a 4-day trip. This is unacceptable. We requested a refund we had to leave the space and get a hotel and we asked for 50% refund to compensate us for our loss. We also said that we were going to post about our experience and give context to Future renters. After this encounter they stopped replying and would not help us. We had to vacate the space and this affected the outcome of our vacation. This is a catfish experience and this rental property should not be on your website if so it should have the pictures that are real included instead of Photoshopped images. I have attached all the images that we took and presented to the owner/property Manager

Great location! More of a Studio than 1 Bedroom

This place is right in the middle of Little Italy which as phenomenal restaurants and everything is either a walk or scooter ride away. The unit was clean and very well kept with all the amenities. It had a beautiful patio that looks out over downtown. The only concern I had was the layout. It says it’s a one bedroom but it’s really not. It’s upstairs and open so there isn’t any privacy from the rest of the unit. I was expecting a traditional bedroom with a door you can close. I would consider this more of a studio. There is a sofa bed that rolls out. I would say you can comfortably fit 4 adults. Overall we had a great time

Great vacation and location!

We had an amazing time in San Diego, out location was perfect. We were able to walk and see the sights. Located close to Sea World, and the San Diego Zoo. Beaches are close and the weather was perfect. One minor hiccup with the A/C, but the owner was on it.

Great location, apartment and appliances not so great!

The apartment is located in a great area close to a lot of things, but it could use a bit of modernizing, the appliances are very dated and the couches could be more comfortable since there is only one bedroom, the bed was amazingly comfortable. If the couches were more comfortable, they could sub for a bed . The outside hallway could use better lighting and they need to fix the broken lights along the stairways. it was a bit creepy going up the stairs, we were together but it would be scary for a lone person to go up the stairs without any lights. the balcony furniture could have used bit of dusting and cleaning as well. The rugs in the apartment were dirty could use new ones or clean them better they had stains on them, especially the one when you open the door.. The dinning room table and chairs are very cheap looking they are not very sturdy. Overall,this apartment needs modernizing. New kitchen appliances, stove, dish washer, washer dryer and a new modern fridge. The pictures were strategically photographed to give it a better bigger illusion. We did enjoy our stay and would come back to this area and to San Diego but would look for a more modern apartment with better accomodations.
