Welcome to Lovers Key Resort 403, a fully handicap-accessible one-bedroom, one-bath waterfront condo located between the pristine shores of Lovers Key State Park and Fort Myers Beach.

This custom-designed fourth-floor condo is the only fully handicap-accessible unit in the complex. Designed with wheelchair accessibility in mind, it features a roll-in shower, grab bars, and a fold-down bench in the bathroom, as well as wide doorways and step-free transitions throughout. The condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests with a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Flat-screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, and cable are included for your entertainment.

Need more space for friends or family? Rent the adjoining unit, Lovers Key Resort 404, and enjoy the flexibility of a connected layout with privacy. A locking hallway door allows both condos to remain open to each other while staying secure. Booking both together provides accommodations for up to eight guests and includes a 10% discount on the nightly rate.

Step out onto the spacious private balcony that spans both the living room and bedroom, offering peaceful views of the water and the surrounding resort. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing meals, with a dining area to gather and enjoy your time together.

Lovers Key Resort offers top-tier amenities including a heated lagoon-style pool with a waterfall, a hot tub, and a 24-hour fitness center. Guests also have access to laundry facilities, vending machines, an ATM, and a welcoming lobby with luggage carts. On-site dining is available at Flippers, a renowned waterfront restaurant. Kayak and jet ski rentals, dolphin tours, and sunset cruises offer fun ways to explore the surrounding Estero Bay and Gulf of Mexico.

Great location

The property is located 1/2 way between lovers keys state park and time square for an easy commute either way you go. Our hot tub and pool was in great shape and the people were very friendly. The only draw back was the items listed for the beach need to be replaced and the living room sleeping area was very uncomfortable but, good enough for our kid. Loved the area and would stay again definitely worth the money !

Enjoyable get away

Our recent stay was very enjoyable, with the weather cooperating. The facilities were fine and well kept. We were initially attracted to the facility due to the mention of a beach but a real beach didn’t exist. We were able to drive to a nearby park that had a beach. A couple of areas for improvement.The bed linens could have been in better shape as there seemed to have a few stains.Given that there are no local eateries for breakfast the kitchen was ill equipped to cook breakfast (frying pans need to be replaced).In todays eco-friendly world there were no facilities- arrangements for recycling. We feel that these things are easily rectified and we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome location and View

Minus the ongoing construction, a perfect condo for a couple! View of the bay on 2 sides and short distance to Lovers Key State Park (beach, Walking Trails, peaceful). Flippers is right next door and food is excellent. Once the ongoing construction is done, this will be a 5 star condo!

Nice stay

I’ve been a lovers resort fan for was. The condo was nice but there are some spots that may need a little attention. The couch was very stained. I used a towel to sit on it. Everything else was great!

Lovers Key Resort Getaway

The property was very clean and lovely modern decor. Absolutely loved the view of bay from balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Pool area was very nice and water temperature was just right. Was looking forward to eating at Flippers which is the restaurant on property, but they were closed due to renovations. I guess we will just have to come back another time. 😀

Excellent Romantic Getaway

My husband and I rented this property for a quick getaway during the COVID-19 social distancing and we could not have picked a better location. It is far enough from the crowds but close enough to everything you could need. The restaurant, Flippers, was fantastic and all servers were wearing masks and tables were distanced. The property was extremely clean and masks and hand sanitizer were provided by the unit. My husband and I are already talking about when we can head back.

Bonita Springs Condo

The location, view, pool and restaurant were nice. But the condo itself wasn't well equipped - not much silverware and no trash can liner refills. Also, it was in need of repair. The bathroom lighting was insufficient, the entryway light didn't work, the side table and both bedside lamps were broken, the shower head was unadjustable for shorter people and the coach was stained.

Beautiful location

The size and condition of the property was perfect for just the 2 of us. We were glad we had a car - just a short drive to either Fort Myers Beach or Bonita Beach. Both had wonderful places to eat. The bed was very comfortable and the view was lovely (saw dolphins from the deck every day!). My only other feedback is the shower head needs to be fixed so that it doesn't slip down when showering. Otherwise we had everything we needed. Thank you!

Best location with a view!

The location of the property is perfect for everyone! Morning walks on the beach located across the street at the nature park every morning. Also had access to rent kayaks, canoes and purchase lunch on the beach. Trolley available every 20-30 minutes right outside the Condos can take you downtown FMB if you’re looking for some fun people watching, bands with a variety of restaurants to choose from along with shops. If you’re looking for a relaxing day sit by the pool with the waterfall and or from Flippers right next door to eat in or by the pool. We tried just about everything on the menu and did not have one bad meal! Now for the condo! It is as described and the view is phenomenal! I was a little optimistic because it did not face the ocean but once there it is even better! We had the sunrise & so much activity to watch through out the day from dolphins daily out front to bird watching. This was really a lovely spot to stay. Just note traffic can get bad on the islands so plan accordingly 😉

We love Lovers Key!

This was our third stay at Lovers Key Resort, and hopefully we will return. Our room was newly renovated and had everything we needed. We had some A/C issues the first day, and the problem was corrected in just a few hours. The pool is nice, kept very clean and organized. Being right next to a great restaurant like Flippers is a real plus. If I had to make one suggestion, I was suggest new patio table and chairs. The chairs are lacking in cleanliness and comfort. Great stay!

Our stay at Lover's key Resort

We loved the property. Excellent location. Unit was beautifully furnished and very clean. We would definitely love to come back. There's only one observation I would like to point out. I never received the email with the contract in order to get instructions to enter the property and I didn't even know that I was supposed to get that contract, so I was very concerned the day before our trip that we hadn't received any info from you guys, reason why I called your office to ask when would you be providing us with instructions on how to enter the unit. Obviously there was a lack of communication there and the failure to provide us timely with the contract and the instructions to follow.... please take notice of this... Thank you Cristina

Wonderful Honeymoon

We had an amazing time. Place was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It has a nice view of the water. There was some beautiful sunrises just from our balcony. Definitely would stay there again.

Great views

We really enjoyed the property. Very clean and modern. Great views from both rooms of the intercostal waterway and even better views from the huge balcony. Clean and uncrowded beaches just a walk away and just a short drive to Ft Myers beach. We would definitely stay here again and recommend staying here to others.
