Det finns en stor uppvÀrmd pool med lyxigt soldÀck och en hÀrlig grÀsytor för extra publik utan sol eller sportaktiviteter. TillgÄng till stranden ligger bara nÄgra steg efter att du lÀmnat byggnaden. Det finns 4 Har-Tru Tennisbanor samt bocci och shuffleboard.

Vi hyr lördag till lördag utom för sommarmÄnaderna. Dessutom krÀver vÄr bostadsrÀttsförening minst 7 dagars hyra.

Restauranger, medicinsk vÄrd, CVS-drogbutik, marina, kajakuthyrning ligger precis tvÀrs över gatan. Det finns ocksÄ 7-11 gÄngavstÄnd. Strandvagnen Àr bara 50 cent (25 cent Àldre) och tar dig frÄn den ena Ànden av stranden till den andra och till Lovers Key park flera mil lÀngs vÀgen. Det finns en stormarknad pÄ ön 2 miles frÄn vÄrt komplex. Det finns en katolsk kyrka och flera protestantiska kyrkor pÄ ön.
Laga mat pÄ de fria gasgrillarna pÄ dÀck i bottenvÄningen i vÄr byggnad. FrÄn din balkong kan du titta pÄ mÄnga arter av fÀrgglada fÄglar för att se sÄsom pelikaner, ÀgretthÀgar, fiskgjuse och hÀgrar samt delfiner som simmar i brÀnningen.
OBS: Observera skillnaden mellan vyerna pÄ vÄr enhet och nÄgra av de andra enheterna som ocksÄ annonseras i VRBO. Du behöver inte titta i sidled för att ha utsikt över vatten.

Ta tidiga morgon-, eftermiddags- eller solnedgÄngspromenader pÄ sanden pÄ denna vackraste strand. Stanna i en av de mÄnga olika restaurangerna vid stranden lÀngs boulevarden. Njut av att Àta middag eller cocktails pÄ deras golfbana med utsikt över stranden. StrandsolnedgÄngar Àr för vackra för att beskriva!

Det finns nÄgot för alla. Jaga skal pÄ stranden, spela golf eller tennis, simma i Mexikanska golfen eller bara "grilla" vid den uppvÀrmda poolen. En av vÄra favorit saker att göra Àr att njuta av frukost, lunch eller middag pÄ den tÀckta balkongen bara ta i de vackra stranden sevÀrdheter och solnedgÄngar. Wyndham Gardens Hotel ligger bara 4-5 minuters promenad upp till stranden. Deras Pinchers Grill Àr en stor utomhus Tiki Bar som serverar öl, blandade drycker och mat. Outrigger Tiki bar Àr ocksÄ gÄngavstÄnd förbi Pinchers. Det finns ocksÄ ett antal bra restauranger och barer tvÀrs över gatan pÄ Santini Plaza ocksÄ.

Once again our stay did not disappoint! This was our 2nd time staying in this condo since July (2025). The condo was very clean and provides everything you need for a day at the beach to all the cooking supplies if you decide to make it a night "in". The view from the balcony is priceless. We saw more salt water life activity than ever: dolphin, manatee, schools of fish, and the shelling on this end of the island was so much fun. The south end of the island is quiet and tranquil which is perfect for us. Across the street is Santini Plaza, shops are open and I was told a restaurant or two are coming soon! We will be back and we already cannot wait!

We just can’t say enough about this beautiful property. We spent a whole lot of time on the balcony. Every morning we watched dolphin swim by along & pelicans & all other kinds of birds. The beach is fantastic. Calming, still blue and green water ruffling on shore with all kinds of sandpipers & other birds playing in the water. The hosts are fantastic. Their communication is unbelievably quick when you have questions. They make sure that you have every possible thing that you could need and make the process very simple, if not enjoyable. The unit has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Plenty of clean, soft towels, not to mention the very soft bedsheets! Spices and condiments were already in the kitchen.I always worry about the bed when we go away and I had absolutely no trouble sleeping on this king-size bed.Everything is a very short drive. Great restaurants to select from
 All of which were very good. Mr. Waves Island Bar was our favorite breakfast spot. Great, friendly waitresses/bartenders made every visit enjoyable and rewarding.There is a separate a/c unit provided in the master bedroom, which was absolutely wonderful. We like the room quite cool when we’re sleeping & this kept things the perfect temperature. The sunsets are absolutely to die for especially when dolphins go happily flipping through. We absolutely will stay here again, & if you choose to stay there, you won’t be disappointed.

It’s great to see FMB coming back to life. Still no restaurants on the South End, but a new coffee shop has opened at Santini plaza. The host is easy to communicate with and the view from this property is spectacular. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation is right there.

Really enjoyed our stay. The view was super. The rental was fully stocked with everything we needed except for food...Publix about 2.4 miles, CVS right down the street. Beach chairs, noodles, umbrellas, etc all supplied. AC worked great and rental was in great shape. My wife and her friend will be back in a week for a girl's trip.

Amazing! Incredible! Beautiful! Stunning

I cannot say enough awesome things about our stay. The condo was everything we expected and more. The VIEW! The view is breathtaking! We had everything we needed for an absolute perfect stay! Mike was very easy to communicate with from the initial reservation to the minute we left the property. We have stayed at EBTC for 4 years now, and this year we had an experience that gave us memories that will last a lifetime. We are already planning to schedule for next July. Thank you for sharing your peice of paradise with us.

Beautiful view

Very relaxing and condo has everything you need. Wagon helps take everything to the ocean has umbrellas and beach toys. The pool is warm. Fort Myers Beach is still under construction. They’re working on bringing the sand back.

Beautiful view

The view of the water and sunsets were beautiful. We understand that the renewal of the beach is needed but weren't pleased that they worked all night long. Also, there was a toilet leak that was an inconvenience but those type of things happen. We were pleased with communication with Mike and also enjoyed the restaurants and quietness of the south end of the island

Fantastic

We have been visiting EBTC for years. This is far and away the best unit we have ever stayed in. The view is great from the 11th floor. The unit is fully equipped from the kitchen to the beach. The owners are super responsive. The south end is coming back slowly but surely. Already booked for 2026!

We had a great stay at this condo. Very clean property. Fantastic gulf view. Owner Mike was responsive to our questions. The condo itself was perfect for us. Well stocked and very clean. The heated pool was great! Easy check in and check out. We would book this again!

Lovely place & fantastic view!

This condo is wonderful - all things you need and very well maintained. View is gorgeous as promised! Mike was a great host and we plan to go back when weather is a little warmer than it was during our January stay. We had a great time and this condo is perfect for a couple's getaway.

It was a fun visit

Fort Myers Beach is pretty clean. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was an outstanding stay. We hope to return again sometime.

Island Visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property on Estero Island. The condo was nicely furnished & very clean. The beach was just a few steps out the door- so nice when carrying beach paraphernalia. We liked the quietness of the island an would like to come back again.
