Escape the Winter in sunny south Florida. This home on the water has easy access to the St. Lucie river with a short cruise to the intracoastal and ocean through the St. Lucie inlet. Enjoy all the restaurants and shopping in the charming historic downtown Stuart.
This spacious home has all new furniture and beds. The family room has a 75" TV which stands on a table with an electric fireplace. Enjoy it for the ambiance or turn on the heat. The sofa is super cozy for movies when you pull out the extended cushions for your legs.
The master bedroom and bath are very large with two walk-in closets. The patio has a cabana bath next to the hot tub. You can enjoy the dock which has a boat lift. It can hold your boat if under 10,000lbs.

Ken and I have been married for 25 years and we have two college kids. I am a dentist in Fort. Lauderdale and my husband manages the business. We bought this house for our future retirement plans.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The area is quiet with a smaller town feel. I love the water access around there. It provides a lot of boating activity.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
The neighborhood is surrounded by gulf courses. Downtown Stuart is charming with activities, restaurants and shops. There are all the stores imaginable in the area.
