This small urban cottage is centrally located in the Dallas Medical District, which makes it a perfect stay for doing business in the area or needing to stay close to a loved one in the hospital. It is within walking distance of the Medical District, only 7 minutes from Downtown Dallas, 10 minutes from Love Field Airport, and only 18 minutes from DFW International Airport. Free wifi, free parking, free beverages + snacks, Amazon Prime and Netflix on main T.V., with a Texas inspired decor.
The space
Our space is inspired by Texas musicians and artist. You'll find a unique botanical wall in the kitchen, a hand painted cloud ceiling in the double bed room, and photography of some of Texas most prominent artist.

Other things to note
• Please review the cancelation policy before booking, as we strictly follow those polices for all of our bookings…no exceptions.

• There is an airstream and shed on the property that guest should not access under any circumstances for safety reasons.
Trash and Recycled items are picked up on Thursdays- the cans must be wheeled to the curb and returned after pick up.

Great homebase for exploring Dallas

The location of this house is great. It is close enough to the interstate to access major roads quickly but also far enough from the interstate that it sits on a quiet street. The house is quaint and simple with comfortable beds. It was a great homebase for exploring Dallas.

Easy Access, Secure, No Usable Stove

Older property, clean and easy check in. There is a stove with a big note on it saying do not use. There is an electric fry pan. The stove issue should be disclosed in the listing. Stove not listed in amenities- lesson learned for next time.

Quaint Cottage nustled closeby to most areas!

I really enjoyed staying at Alex's cottage. It was very easy to get in and out of the place! Unfortunately the gas was unable to be used at the time but I made do! :)

House was super cute! Needs more silverware (only had 3 spoons and 5 forks)... Would be better with a W/D for extended stays. Needs a few more throw blankets and a fan would have been nice.

Great Time

The property overall was super nice! Although a fuse blew, Alex was quick to come out and fix it for us. It was pretty cold at night everywhere besides the master bedroom, but everything else was perfect.
