Check out the review album in photos. 🌲Centrally located on Faubush Creek with SPECTACULAR lake views from Sunrise to Sunset. 🌅. It’s a must see… Just a 5 min BOAT RIDE to Conley Bottom Marina. The Cabin is a preserved in time Original California Redwood Kit Cabin from the 1940’s with modern amenities . The location is private on a quite dead end road with a spectacular 7 mile water view from Sunrise to Sunset. This tongue and groove kit house is the same as it was when it was first built. Your in for a nice treat once you walk through the back door as you will notice all the front windows show a panoramic view of the lake to giving you a small window back in time, with modern amenities as the wood structure is all original. We added a new addition on for laundry, bath and 2 bedrooms that looks and feels like your in the mountains of Gatlinburg, Tn using white pine tongue and groove as well as 100 year old barn wood as accent walls. ENJOY the year round Lake View from Sunset to Sunrise while in the house or out on the wrap around deck. Cabin is located just 2 miles from Cumberland Point Boat Ramp with a dock and playground/picnic area for the family. Plenty of parking for cars and boats. We also have another rental just around the corner if your wanting more room or other families are coming.

Everything was amazing

Views were awesome as described. Sheri thought of eveything you could possibly need from crockpot, kuerig, spices, sugar and there was even an ice maker on the counter so you didnt have to mess with ice trays. Was very pleased and hopefully will return. Although there is no smoking in the cabin, this is the only one i stayed at where the host had plaenty ashtrays on front and back sides of porxh.

Our cabin getaway

The cabin, as always, is clean and neat always stocked with your must have items incase you forget your own! We love the ease of getting in contact with Steve and the promptness if replys! The views from this cabin are to die for and we will definitely be back! 3 years running! Id definitely recommend staying at this beautiful cabin!

Incredible View

Cozy and peaceful cabin with an absolutely breathtaking view of the lake. The owners take great care of the property and the cabin was very clean. We saw wildlife everyday including deer, turkey's, chipmunk's, squirrels and cute little lizards.

✨Stunning✨ You Won’t Regret It!

Pros: Quick replies from Host (an alarm going off when we arrived and Shari arrived within MINUTES to solve the issue. She then messaged me after meeting my daughter to tell us about the playground a just a mile away) Everything is labeled (light switches, coffee area, remotes, bedding, towels etc) Open layout Not overcrowded with furniture Clean and smelled great! The. View. Complimentary items (toilet paper, paper towels, small snacks, coffee/creamer, cardboard to help start a fire, a bag of ice, chilled glasses, basic seasonings, dawn dish soap, dishwasher tabs) Stocked kitchen Extra linen/towels Smart TVs Hanging area and dressers for clothes The outdoor running lights along the base of the cabin (bring an eye mask if you plan on sleeping in the living room like I did! It stays BRIGHT from the time the sun sets till it rises BUT so beautiful when sitting outside) Cons (if you could even call them that): Make sure to turn the refrigerator to 5 when you arrive, it took almost 24 hours to feel like any cold air was blowing, but DOES work 👍 Queen size bed is definitely well used We rented a pontoon from Conley Bottom and had to switch our days due to weather conditions. Also pickup/drop off at Cumberland Point for $50 fee and only 1mi from the cabin. If you don’t, you have to drive almost an hour. Can’t wait to book this unit again for longer stretch than just a couple days. So homey and absolutely lovely; true relaxing vacation. Thank you for sharing this property!

Cabin in the woods

The view from the deck is incredible. Place is immaculate. Host is quick to answer questions. The cabin is well stocked including games, books, movies cell phone & game connections.

Short but sweet visit

A short two night stay for us on the way home from Florida. We hadn’t spent anytime in Kentucky other than driving through. This is a great spot away from it all, super clean, and the view is spectacular! Relatively short drive to Cumberland and other falls in the area.

Rarely do you rent a place that is as advertised I can’t recommend enough. Well furnished, private, spacious, and the view. I’ve stayed in so many places and none had. Such an awe inspiring view. Only regret is I wished I booked a few more days. Best property I’ve ever stayed at hands down. Thank you to such amazing hosts

Home away from home

We love coming to this cabin! We are repeat offenders lol and will continue to book a weekend away as much as we can here! The views are amazing it’s quiet and relaxing! The Ross’s are very good people and make sure we have everything we need! Always there to answer any questions while staying. We have come to think of this cabin as our own! ❤️❤️ until next time!

Great house with a view.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and watch the sunsets and listen to the sounds of just nature. It’s a little out of the way but that’s what makes it great. The hosts had everything you need except the food. We left wanting only to stay longer.

Couples Weekend Getaway

We booked this cabin for my friend's birthday. The weather wasn't great, but this cabin was perfect. It was just as described and very clean with everything you could need. The spare bedroom with twin beds wasn't idea for couples, but it wasn't bad. We visited Cave Hill Winery, Haney's Apple Farm and had dinner at Harbor Restaurant at Lee Ford's Marina. We made dinner and breakfast and had everything we needed. The grill is a blackstone which was nice. Thank you for sharing this cozy cabin! Highly recommend staying here!

Just what we needed

My girlfriend and I want to escape the city for a weekend and this is just what we wanted. Steve was very friendly and made the trip effortless. Adequate directions and interruptions made the stay easy. The cabin was even better in person. Everything was clean and tidy, outlets were labeled, extra linens were provided, even ice in the freezer. We will most definitely be planning a trip back down and will recommend to all friends and family!

Beautiful View and Cabin

We enjoyed this beautiful 1940's Sears Roebuck Cabin Kit. The living space was perfect for entertaining our local family for fun night of dinner and games. So many windows! Loved the view. Steve and Shari, the owners, were close enough if we needed something but far enough away to give us privacy. We will coming back to this sweet place again.

Anniversary trip

The rental was very clean and had a very beautiful lake view and nice sunsets. The cabin looked better in person and beds where comfortable. They thought of everything when stocking the rental. Hopefully we can come every year from now on..😊

We had a great time. Very scenic, quiet and really clean cabin. The communication with the owners was spot on. We appreciated all of the little things they provided (information on local attractions, the free bag of ice that came in handy the morning we left, the history of the cabin, the firewood/pit, etc. Thank you.

The wrap around deck is a great spot to relax, watch the boats on the water, the hummingbirds fighting over the feeder or the deer coming in and out of the trees crossing the road early morning or dusk. Enjoy your downtime and head home refreshed and looking forward to returning again sometime.

Perfect location for Fishermen and tournaments.
If your a Motorcycle rider the lake area has some of the BEST backroads you will ever see. We can give you a map to get you started or plan your bike trip for you.
If your into hiking Pulaski County State Park has great hiking/ biking trails around.
