Designed for two to four people, it is fully equipped so that you have only one thing to do: relax. You will enjoy a terrace set up for outdoor meals, as well as a common garden in the residence.
The port of Bourgenay, located just 100 meters away, is the ideal place for a boat trip or a pleasant walk to explore the surrounding area.
You will discover a pleasant living area with direct access to the terrace, a sofa bed, and a television. A dining table is also available for you to share meals, along with a fully equipped open kitchen.
You will find all the necessary utensils for cooking, as well as a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, and for added convenience, a washing machine integrated into the kitchen.
The room is equipped with a double bed (140x190) and you will also have access to a bathroom.
To park, a private parking space (No. 3) is made available to you.
