Located on the 6th floor with elevator, it comprises:
- a sleeping area with a double bed;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a shower room;
- a living room with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.
The following equipment will be at your disposal: Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Heating, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Iron, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the apartment's assets is its brightness. It is also much appreciated for its location.
It is located :
- close to a variety of restaurants;
- 400 m from Metro line 5;
- 3 minutes' walk from the "Coccinelle Express" supermarket for everyday shopping.
Places of interest close to the apartment:
- Jardin des Plantes is a 6-minute walk away;
- the Pantheon is 22 minutes away;
- Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral is 24 minutes away by public transport; and much more...

The 5th arrondissement of Paris is very dynamic, and includes, of course, the Latin neighbourhood, and a very important student population, but also the Panthéon and its Soufflot street, one of the most chic and expensive streets of Paris, as well as vestiges Gallo-Roman which make of the whole an extremely tourist sector.
The famous Latin Quarter is a student district, very lively, among the oldest in Paris. Its name certainly derives from the fact that instruction was given in Latin.
