This great condo is located in a small complex across the street from Lake Pagosa. Fishing and Kayak access is close to this home and Wolf Creek Ski is about a 35 minute drive.

The living room has leather cozy couches and chairs and has a Smart TV and a gas fireplace/stove to get warm after a long day in the snow. The well stocked kitchen and dining area with large table share the same room. Down the hall, you'll find the laundry room and full bathroom, then to the king bed master suite with private bath and outside access to the back deck with table and chairs and a peak a boo view of the lake. This outside area is quiet and private. Also on the main floor is a two twin bedroom.

Upstairs is a large loft area with books, Smart TV and plenty of room to play games. There is a queen bedroom with private bath and also a sunny office with views of the lake.

This home is a perfect and convenient condo for your vacation being just a few minutes to shopping, dining and access to HWY 160. This home is also a part of the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association with access to the state of the art fitness center and fishing access. Fees apply. Call us for details.

ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

Pagosa Paradise!

We’ve been using Vrbo’s in Pagosa Springs for many years, as well as VIP Vacation Services (and Lori as of late who is fabulous!) up there, and it’s been a wonderful experience each time! Our unit was a very good value, and the description was “spot on”! I highly recommend them..

Nice Inside and Great Communication and service w/mgmt staff.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked this property. The upstairs living area worked out perfect for us grandparents so kids and grandkids could rule the downstairs. Only real downside is that contrary to the lovliness of this home's interior the building exterior and grounds are rather shabby. Some kitchen items weren't very clean (a housekeeping oversight). ALL of The ladies we dealt with from VIP were attentive and efficient. NOTE: If you enjoy a massage, have Ashley schedule an appointment with Sarah, she is fabulous. All in all a good stay, would recommend.

We loved our stay!

What a wonderful property! Our family loved our visit. The place was pristine and had everything we needed. And what a special surprise to walk in and see it decorated for Christmas and a nice array of goodies for us to munch on. I highly recommend!

Nice quiet spot

Perfect location. Nice quiet neighborhood. Right next to Pagosa Lake. Place was clean and modern. Keep in mind it doesnt have air conditioning so it was very hot during the day. Overall highly recommend

Great Vacation Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was in a great location right across the street from Hatcher Lake. Unfortunately, you do not have lake access across the street.The condo had plenty of room for my husband, two adult children, our Yorkie and myself. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms was perfect. The bonus were the deer and fox that we saw on our daily walks. In the morning we always had 4 deer right out the back door as well. The loft was really nice and perfect for my adult kids. The cons about the property were...King size bed was hard, burn holes in leather chair in livingroom, door handle to freezer came off when I opened freezer the first time and patio area needed a little love. Overall, it was a really nice place and we would stay there again.

Everything we needed

Well stocked condo close to the lake. Dog friendly, great trails near by. We enjoyed our family vacation with this condo as our base camp. Rental agency is top notch! Thank you.

Lovely

This property was very nice! Lots of room for kids to play in the loft while others can enjoy the living room. Kitchen was was stocked in case you forget things you don't think of. Enough bathrooms for everyone to have room to get ready. Thank you for the great stay!
