Incredible condo and views

We were so lucky to find this condo at the last minute when other reservations we had cancelled. The condo was so perfect and the views were amazing! We will return again.

Late summer stay

The stay was delightful, the condo lived up to its promises, and the beach was pleasantly uncrowded. Each morning, the chairs and umbrellas were set up.

Awesome

This was a mother -daughter relaxation trip we had a great time. The condo is great, everything you need and very clean. Tracy was great to communicate and keep us posted on things we needed to know. Definitely will be back and recommend.

Best experience so far!

We’ve stayed in the fort Walton area for 7 years now and this was the best location by far. The condo is well furnished and cutely decorated and the beach is so close and very uncrowded. Communicate with the host was quick and effortless. We will definitely be staying here again!

Summer vacation

Wonderful Vacation Spot!!

I chose #302 at The Palms after looking at so many other spots on Oakaloosa for our Anniversary. The condo was extremely clean, the colors and decor were very "beachy" and inviting. The deck had the most amazing views. The host of the condo was very quick to respond with any questions I had. Check in and out was amazingly easy with no issues. We will definitely book here again. Its hard for me to believe there would be a better place on the island to stay. Highly recommended from someone who is extremely picky about where I stay.

Very nice spacious condo with attractive decor.

Great view of and access to white sand beach. Condo was very well equipped with everything needed for our stay. Will certainly book again when in Florida. Teri was very accommodating in making our rental arrangements.

This condo was amazing! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and great views of the ocean. The best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. Tracy was a great host and easy to contact. Perfect for two couples. Would recommend this condo.

Great unit!

The condo was well stocked and clean. We appreciated having snacks, waters, laundry detergent, hand soap etc! The little touches made a big impact. The beach towels and chairs were an added bonus. Loved the updates and overall a great condo!

Beautiful beach view and easy walk to beach!

Convenient to restaurants, only 6 condos on our floor so easy to load and unload without long waits for elevator, very clean and Tracy was very responsive and helpful. Loved working the 1000 piece puzzle provided. Lovely beach experience! Will definitely book again!

Wonderful stay!

We decided pretty last-minute to take a spring break trip and stumbled upon this lovely condo, which solidified our decision! The beachfront views were amazing and the condo itself was perfect for us. Beautiful, modern decor and well-stocked with just about anything you would need. Great laid-back location but close to many things. Tracy was very helpful and readily available, though we really didn't run into anything major that needed prompt attention. We would stay here again!

Independence Day at the Beach

We absolutely loved the condo. It was decorated and stocked to perfection. The view was amazing with easy access to the beach. The location is convenient to restaurants, fishing, golf, shopping, grocery stores, and most important (on the beach)! The only negative on this trip was the pool was closed due to maintenance, but we had the ocean so no complaints! I highly recommend this unit at this property.

Perfect location with beautiful view!

The condo was beautiful! Perfect space for a family of four, one being a teenager who claimed the extra bedroom for himself 😊. The view of the ocean was amazing and was exactly what we needed after spending the day at the baseball field. Tracey was a great host and checked in during our stay. The condo was stocked with everything you needed and more. We will definitely try and book this condo again next year when we come back down!

Lovely!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has been remodeled very tastefully - not tacky like most we've seen. Everything is up to date and our host was more than accommodating. She even had water for us and snacks upon our arrival! We truly had a lovely time - the view is amazing from the balcony and you're just steps from the beach. It was very nice not having to deal with the Destin traffic. We would definitely come back if given the chance!

Fabulous condo

The condo was exceptional. Super clean. Better than we could have imagined. Communication with Tracey was wonderful. So helpful and kind. She went out of her way to assist us and worked with some unexpected situations for our family. Definitely recommend!!

Amazing condo

Hands down best condo I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot. Cleanest and prettiest and most amazing view. The deck is big and perfect for morning coffee and evening snacks. It is well stocked with everything you need. I can’t say enough good things about this location and the view and the beauty of this unit 302. Thank you Terri for a perfect week for our girls trip. We will be back.
