Ja, hittar du allt i vår strandnära lägenhet som du har i ditt eget hem, för att göra din vistelse här så trevlig som möjligt. I vardagsrummet finns en spegelvägg, med helt nya vardagsrum möbler. Det finns också en ny platt-TV och en Wii-konsol med ansvariga att underhålla dig! Du kommer att älska den nyrenoverade, välutrustat kök, egen tvättmaskin och torktumlare, ett badrum med badkar och mest bekväma halv-bad i sovrummet. Sovrummet har en mycket bekväm king size-säng, en stor garderob och två byråar som är ovärderliga för långsiktiga hyresgäster.

Ligger direkt på stranden med fantastisk utsikt över vår vackra vita sandstranden och smaragdgröna vattnet i Mexikanska golfen. Njut av de mest vackra soluppgångar och solnedgångar från din egen balkong.

Njut slappa vid poolen när du inte är på stranden. Vår pool är alltid skinande rent och oftast inte trångt. En grill och bord är bekvämt beläget nära poolen för alla dina grillning behov.

En fantastisk romantisk semester eller en minnesvärd semester med familjen på stranden, det finns massor av aktiviteter för alla att njuta av !! Och för din bekvämlighet har vi nu BEACH SERVICE! Detta sparar upp till $ 30 varje dag från att hyra stolar och ett paraply dagligen. Beach service inkluderar en gratis paraply och 2 solstolar set-up direkt på stranden väntar dig att njuta av varje morgon. Vi erbjuder även ytterligare solstolar i lägenheten för din användning.

Beautiful views, perfect location

This condo met all our needs. The view from the deck was amazing. It was wonderful to just open up the doors and listen to the crashing surf. The beautiful white sand beach was amazing and we loved the location. We enjoyed our time immensely. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We liked the fact that it is only 7-10 minutes to all Destin has to offer; yet, when at the property you have direct access to the beautiful gulf with ocean front view in all its splendor, with no noise of the busy streets, just the wonderful sound of the waves... would go back in a heartbeat!!

On the Beach Beauty

Easy to find and dedicated parking. The stairs are an easy climb. Stocked with lots of gadgets so you have the comforts of home when you’re inside. Beach facing so the view can’t be beat and the balcony is a delight.

AMAZING beach Home!

Fabulous, super clean right on the beach home! Amazing balcony views of the gulf! The bed was super comfortable plenty of bed pillows too! Bathroom plenty of bath towels, toilet paper ! Kitchen well stocked trash bags , dish soap , paper towels,dishwasher soap , laundry soap , softener sheets for the dryer!I mean EVERYTHING YOU NEED! The family room was great furniture & tv even though we pretty much just used the balcony & fabulous porch furniture for relaxing after all day on beach day! The check in is key pad super easy and amazing details of all codes and everything you need to know about#305 Island Sands from the amazing host Sarah! Great little complex so not crowded at the beach which we had a free set up of lounging chairs and umbrella while we were there and that was incredible! This is definitely our new happy beach home! Thank you so much Sarah for sharing your AMAZING beach home with us! Hope to be back soon! Patricia & David

We absolutely loved this place. The view was beautiful, it was just enough far away from the city, but still was close to plenty of places. We were there when Helene came through, but luckily we just had some high wind gusts. 10/10 would definitely book this location again!

Loved the condo! Only downside was 3 flights of stairs had to climb! No elevator and hubby walks with cane which made it rough but our stay was just what we needed and would return again just not on third floor without elevator! Small but Nice!

First, I should tell you there is NO elevator so take heed if you cannot climb 3 flights of stairs. But if you can, it is a great condo. We enjoyed it very much! The location is perfect, we try to always stay in this area. You simply walk down the stairs, just around the building and there is the beach! Wonderful! It was very clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, great wifi, very comfy bed. Only 1 bedroom with small bathrooms but it was just perfect for our needs. We will stay again.

Dream Trip

Beautiful condo, roomy living area, comfortable bed, fabulous view, chairs and umbrella included, easy access to beach, just perfect! Note: There are stairs to the third floor - no elevator - but the climb is not difficult for most. Would definitely recommend!

Nice vacation stay.

Overall its a great location. The beach is a short walk away. The actual building itself though is older and needs an update. The inside of the condo was nice and clean though. While we were there the majority of the structure was being held up by metal poles on each floor. Made it seem a little uneasy. Also there is no elevator so it can be a haul to get your things upstairs.

Wonderful Summer Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Island Sands. Love the location and being right on the beach. It’s not as crowded as Destin, but close enough to go there when we wanted. The condo was very clean and decorated really cute. I would definitely stay here again.!

Best Beach VRBO we've stayed at.

This is the nicest, cleanest, well stocked VRBO the wife and I have ever stayed in. Close to the beach, not crowded, beach service included. Will stay here again, even on the 3rd floor. Only knock is parking spaces are really small for a larger vehicle. (Ford F-150) 10/10.

Beautiful getaway

My husband and I loved our stay in this lovely condo. The Gulf view from the balcony was amazing and the unit itself was so cozy, clean and comfortable. We hated to say goodbye and hope to book another stay in the future!

Condo très propre et très bien équipé. Sarah est très gentille et a répondu à nos questions . La vue sur la mer est extraordinaire . Seuls points négatifs pour nous : pas de recyclage des matières plastiques, des contenants . Nous avons reçu une contravention pour s être promenés sur la partie de la plage appartenant à Air Force: comme bien des gens s y promenaient et cela tout au long du mois, nous pensions que c était permis : peut être faudrait il avertir vos futurs locataires . Merci

Just as good second time around

We stayed at this complex due to a pleasurable stay two years ago. As I thumbed thru the guest book, I found my text from two years ago. We stayed in same unit and didnt realize it! Still just as nice. Perfect for a getaway for two. Nothing negative about the stay at all.

We are a mother-daughter team that handles short and long term rentals throughout Fort Walton Beach. We are locals who live about 10 minutes away from the condos. We pride ourselves for offering personalized service to all of our guests. Sarah has a degree in Hospitality and Resort Management while also having worked in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years. Linda owns and manages multiple properties throughout the area and has been specializing in short and long term management for 40+ years. We treat all of our rental properties as if they were our own. Sarah personally inspects all of the condos after each departure clean to ensure proper cleanliness and sanitizes all furniture and high traffic touch zones such as light switches, handles, door knobs, remotes, etc.
