Bright and airy open concept water front home, boasting panoramic views of Baddeck Bay and Alexander Graham Bell Estate. Located one minute from the village or a leisurely 15 minute stroll along Baddeck Bay. Watch sea birds,seals and resident eagles enjoy the sea breeze and sun rises that this piece of paradise offers.
Private outdoor four person hot tub facing the lake.
Owner lives on property for any service /information needs.
Annexed owners suite is available for rent as well ,suitable for one couple.

Beautiful Baddeck

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the home was perfect for us. Sitting on the deck looking out at the water was a dream come true. Highly recommend this place!

Comfortable cottage

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great. But we didn't receive any info about the check in or check out! Also lack of few amenities like toaster or BBQ.

Water could not be closer.

Excellent location. Baddeck Bay is right out the front door. We used it as a base for Celtic Colours in October, so we did not spend a lo of time on site. In warmer weather, more of the amenities could be used, such as the deck, the hot tub and the dock. Anyone who enjoys the water would like it very much.

Perfect location, on the water and near town but not in town

Property is well-appointed, well-maintained and clean. All amenities needed. Gorgeous view and peaceful setting. We wish we’d been able to stay longer. Groceries need to be brought in because there are few stores in Baddeck and eating out is an issue (slow service and expensive).

Lovely home, gorgeous view!

This is a lovely home in an absolutely beautiful location! The owner was very helpful with tips, and is a local. Definitely get his advice on the bakery and on the Cabot Trail. The home was very comfortable and clean, with an absolutely beautiful view. We enjoyed sitting out on the Adirondack chairs reading, watching the sunset, and walking down to the water to skip rocks. Beds were very comfortable and new. The home has a separate (but attached) VRBO for rent. It was rented out one of the days that we were there, and there was no problem with noise between the units. The backyard is partially shared with the units.

Unique water front property in a highly sough after locale, rarley available to vistors. Only a minute (by car) to the tourist bustle of the village ,or a liesurley walk along the bay ,this quiet special setting allows one a spot to reflect and reenergize.
