Enjoy fishing at the pier on the inter coastal waterway, walking and biking trails, as well as the private St. James Beach Club on Oak Island. The condo was just as I expected and matched the description. The unit was very clean and the location on the 2nd fairway made it interesting to watch the passing golfers. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Would definitely go back sgain!

Absolutely loved everythingabout our stay. My father lives in St James and this was so convenient .. Beach access was wonderful. Small community pool was fun with some very interesting characters..

Multiple Visits

We have stayed in this condo multiple times, and have always enjoyed the stay. The condo is clean, has a well stocked kitchen, nice linens, and is in a great location. Communications with Bill are easy with quick responses. We will stay here again.

A week at St.James Plantation

This condo was home-away-from-home: beautifully furnished, new appliances in the kitchen, lovely view over the golf course and minutes away from both Southport, where we went for shopping and dining, and Wilmington, where we visited Bellamy Mansion. The owner of the condo was easy to reach and very friendly. I highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting the area.

Girls Golf Trip

This was the perfect location for a girls golf trip, and right on hole #2! Very clean and great communication. We didn't have time to explore, but easy to get to and a beautiful neighborhood.

Great location for SouthPort Area

Wonderful place to stay with family. Ample room to chill out. Located close to beaches, downtown SouthPort and groceries. Beautiful evening sunset over the golf course.

Quiet and Relaxing Stay

We stayed for a few nights in this condo. It was just as described and one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in! There’s a nice screened-in porch to view the golf course from the top floor. The bed was comfortable, and all appliances that we used worked just fine.

Girls weekend trip

The property was very clean and beautiful. We did not feel crowded and the beds and furniture were comfortable. We loved the town of South Pork and had some great meals there .

Christmas visit

We had a lovely stay here! Bill was so kind and easy to communicate with. The condo is beautifully decorated, it was so nice there were pretty Christmas decorations too! We were at St James for an extended family gathering and this place made our visit extra special!

St. James is a very special place, and the Club Villas are the “Crown Jewel” for temporary lodging. Our place was beautifully decorated, comfortable and well equipped. And to top it off, our host, Bill, was the most accommodating of any owner I have ever met
a true gentleman. This villa is the place to stay!
