Var en del av en unik liten stad. Levande ekar, historiska hem, shopping, restauranger bidrar allt till det unika i Southport NC. Men det som verkligen skiljer det är att alla vägar verkar leda till vatten och det är där du kommer att vara. Fyrverkerier på den 4: e, Stede Bonnet Regatta och U. S. King makrill Open, är exempel på vad som kan ses från däck.

Location is excellent. Great views from the balcony, plenty of places to walk and explore. Close to restaurants and shopping. Host was great with communication, and the home was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends looking for a place to stay while in Southport!

Our third stay here. On top of its walkability and amazing views, i appreciate the little things…plenty of hooks, hangers and storage. Quiet ceiling fans. Caswell light station blinking reassuringly from across the river. The creaky elevator that makes hauling luggage and groceries a breeze.And an accommodating, responsive host who ensures you enjoy your stay.

Another outstanding stay! We have stayed multiple times over the years and the Unit just gets better over time. It is so comfortable, and exceptionally clean. It is an easy and lovely 10-15 minute walk to the shops and Waterfront Park. The beautiful Gazebo is just across the street. The deck is so comfortable with enough rocking chairs, plus a table and chairs. We often enjoy a working getaway and the WiFi access is excellent as well. Really cannot say enough good things about it…of course, as much as we want to share this gem, we also want it available when we can visit! Thank you Butch and Kathleen for another wonderful stay!

This property was the best we have ever rented. It was very clean. The view was spectacular. And the host made the process smooth. We added a couple of days to our reservation and he made it simple. We have already booked for another stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The porch and views were fantastic. We had everything we needed, and the condo was exceptionally clean. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Butch was an excellent host and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Very spacious two-bedroom. Very clean. Well furnished with essentials. Was exactly as shown. Loved the porch that had plenty of rocking chairs. That is where I spent a lot of my time, reading and looking at the view. Within walking distance of downtown Southport. Would highly recommend.

We’re in Southport a few times each year and this place has it all. The view is awesome and you are in walking distance to waterfront restaurants and shops.Everything was very clean and the owner made it very easy to check in and out. We’ll definitely be back.

This property was immaculate. The fully equipped kitchen was great to prepare some meals instead of going to restaurants every night. Excellent view from the large balcony. Our host Butch was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely great stay! The accommodations were lovely and the view was spectacular. We really enjoyed being able to walk to shopping and to dinner. Seeing so much nature was an added bonus!

We have vacationed in the area since the mid -70's and have had a home in the area since 1992 and couldn't resist the opportunity to own on the waterfront in Southport.
