Summer '25 Calendar just released! Brand new fully remodeled Summer '24! This 2 BR/2 full BA condo is ideally located literally just a 2 minute walk to Golden Peak ski school and the Riva Bahn Express lift and only a 3-4 minute walk to Gondola One and Vail Village. 2 on-site parking passes are included in the rental for your convenience. This cute lower level (semi-basement) apartment/condo was fully remodeled down to the studs in the Summer and comes equipped with brand new appliances, a washer/dryer and 3 TV's. With ~ 900sf of living space, the smaller bedrooms and living area are ideally suited to a family of 4 or 5 willing to sacrifice a little space for the convenience of being SUPER close to the ski slopes and walking distance to Vail Village. You are within easy walking distance of all of Vail's world renown restaurants, bars and nightlife. The unit features high speed internet together with a large 65" Smart TV in the Living Room (over 150 channels via Xfinity Cable TV, Apple TV, Netflix, You Tube etc.) plus an additional 43" Smart TV in the Master and a 32" Smart TV in the Secondary Bedroom. The brand new open plan kitchen features a large Island with 4 bar stools and all brand new appliances. The home is well equipped with all of the utilities you need should you decide to stay in and cook at home. There is a small ski room area to store all of your ski & snowboard gear. There is a Dining table that opens up to seat 6 people. A pull-out sofa bed in the Living Room sleeps an additional 2 people. Queen Bed in Master/ 2 Twins in Bedroom 2/ pull-out sofa (Queen). Was close to Vail Village and convenient for our week of skiing. was great to have a parking spot too. the owner was helpful when we had to contact him and the condo was perfect for our stay.

Stay at All Seasons Apartment

The property is within walking distance to Gondola one and the heart of vail village. It was clean, looks recently remodeled, and has all the amenities you need. 2BR (Queen, 2 twins, and sleeper sofa. Kitchen and washer drier. 3 TVs and 2 baths. This was he nicest unit of my 4 stays in vail.

A true gem!

John’s place was perfectly suited for our family of three. From the exceptionally detailed driving and parking directions John provided well in advance to the location, this stay is excellent. It was very clean and well taken care of. The ease of access to the ski lifts, dining, and shopping is great! And with it being a little outside of the main village area, it was very quiet at night. The shower water pressure was strong, perfect for after a long day of skiing! The entry area with coat hooks and ski and pole storage is the perfect size. The fireplace works well and does put off a little heat (and our three month old loved watching the colors change on the fireplace!). The only things to consider are it being on the lower level so you can occasionally hear footsteps and there were a few instances of being able to smell cigarette smoke (not sure if it was people outside or an adjacent apartment). But these were truly not disruptive to our stay and we would 100% choose John’s place to stay at again.

Great location

Great value overall. Excellent location and a generous amount of space made this very convenient and an excellent value. The appliances could be more updated (eg the dishwasher and washing machines were old so we were afraid to use them), but overall it’s a great spot.

Skiing at Vail

Spent four days and we loved it. John was excellent and even ordered a replacement blender as the one that’s usually in the unit was gone. Great location and easy access to both Golden Peak and Vail Village. Thanks again!

Nice cozy 2 br condo within walking distance to everything Vail has to offer. The location can't be beaten. Very quiet and easy to access. I've stayed in many ski-in/out condos but none with this type of convenience.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed this cozy place. Perfect little place to relax and ski. About as close to the Golden Peak lifts as you could ever ask for and only a few blocks to the middle of Vail Village. The online listing is completely accurate as are the photos. I think they've made use of the space about as well as they possibly could.

Staying in Vail

My group really enjoyed our stay at this property. The pictures accurately portrayed what this residence offered. The location was a short walk to the Golden Peak lift, and only a couple minutes walk to Vail village. This made skiing and shopping very convenient. The Vail public parking lot was full when we entered town, so the included parking spot with this property was a much needed perk!

Best place in Vail

Others have done a great job reviewing this place but I will just reiterate that it is a wonderful condo for a summer stay. Easy walk to the Ford theater which hosts dance and music. It's a very short stroll to the main village area and it's wide selection of restaurants. We really liked how close it was to the walking trails up the mountain. If you are coming to Vail to run around and you want a CLEAN 2 bedroom condo that's close to everything this is the place. We parked right out front and left the windows opened all night with no noise or issues. Waking up to cool fresh air can't be beat. We DEF will stay here on any trip to Vail. Plenty of room for 3 and kitchen had everything you could need.

Great convenient ski pad

Really spectacular location for a week of skiing. Super easy walk to Gondola One or Riva Bahn express…I mean really super easy walk. The price to convenience ratio is spot on. Was my two sons and me (late teens) and me for a dad’s ski trip. We did not eat in the condo other than quick breakfasts. Safeway and City Market are a 5 minute drive for provisions. Place was clean, everything worked well. Good water pressure. The two twin beds are memory foam and very comfortable for my sons. The queen in the mast was also comfortable. Not sure what it was. Linens and towels were great. Laundry is easily done in another building with 3 washers and 3 dryers that run on an app ($2 for wash, $1.75 for dryer). You can buy individual Tide for $0.50 each, but they were all out so I bought a small bottle of detergent and left in the linen closet for next guest. Would definitely consider renting again as it was just perfect for the three of us. Enjoy!

Great Location, very clean, easy check in/out, parking next to unit

This is a cozy flat with an ideal location. Central Vail's shops, restaurants, and things to do are all between 5-7 minutes walking at a relaxed pace. Outstanding. The unit is extremely clean and well maintained. Parking was a breeze, right in front where 2 spaces exist. If these are taken a lot with key card (inside the unit, two key cards on table table) is steps away with unassigned parking. Passes are provided to display in your auto window for either parking location. Btw.. we have a really large vehicle, so don't worry about subcompact parking spaces vs large vehicles if you too happen to have a large machine. This should be no problem and was a surprising bonus in Vail where space typically carries a premium if its even available. Thank you to the owner for such a clean place to pass some time away in beautiful Vail. We never directly communicated with the owner because the parking & check in/out instructions were so clear and thoughtfully laid out that we felt no need for further assistance. Would happily stay again when we return to Vail.

This property is located so close to the ski slopes. It is literally just 1-2 minute walk to Golden Peak ski school and 2-3 minutes to Gondola One. While the condo is small and has an apartment feel, what it lacks in space is more than made up for by its proximity to the Village.
