Bohemian Bungalow

This chic colorful apartment is newly furnished with bold colors and comfortable touches. The previous tenant was a Bohemian lady who had a flair for color so we kept the bold paint scheme and expanded on it. The apartment is part of a ground level duplex, and has mostly all new furnishings and updated appliances. The tile in the bathroom is retro style.The location is stellar as you can walk to many of the fun dining and drinking hotspots in trendy Riverside. We are located with in a mile of Interstate 10 and 2 miles from Interstate 95 and the downtown.Dedicated offstreet parking is assigned . A pet is permitted with a $ 50.00 fee up to one week! Guests staying a week or more will have access to the laundry serving my two adjacent duplexes. (A modest fee is charged. )There are security cameras on the premises. This property was perfect for our stay and my 14 lb dog. The place had everything you want in todays STR world. Close to DT, walking distance to a quaint little district for food and fun. Daiv has it down!

This was a tremendous alternative to the cookie cutter hotel room. The property was easy to find. The interior was decorated very nice. Bed was super comfortable. My wife enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the cool morning air. Our host went above and beyond. The welcome gift was delicious.

Daiv was awesome! Walked in to two delicious cupcakes and a cute little apartment that even had a honor bar. Very relaxing and walkable distance to restaurants/bars. Not to mention greatly priced! 10/10.

Nice place but shares wall with another rental

Place was clean, everything u need plus 2 Cupcakes and close to restaurants but a shared wall with another rental was the Demise of my stay as the couple were loud and probably drank too much. They carried on till 2:30 am when the male told the women to go to be, its after 2!

The perfect getaway

Me and my husband travel a lot and this by far one of the best places we’ve stayed I’d have to give it a 10/10 and put it in my Top 5, The owner was very nice he even gave us cupcakes on arrival and we were super excited about that. The rental is well equipped and stocked with things you may have forgotten. We did a one night stay and It was perfect no complaints at all

Daiv’s Riverside Retreat

First, I would like to say that the host Daiv is the best and most accommodating and responsive host you could ever ask for with his impeccable customer service, communication and personal touch. The location of the unit is great with restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. The place was very quiet and located in an older neighborhood with lots of newly updated older homes. The place offers everything you will need to make you feel comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Jacksonville.

One night get away

Birthday get away

Dave was very accommodating and this was a perfect location for us. We had a place we wanted to eat and this was only a couple of miles away. Also, as a nice surprise, Dave had left cupcakes for my husbands birthday. A nice touch. We appreciated the thoughtfulness.

I chose this neighborhood as it is close to my house. The neighborhood is a very eclectic mix of young families with smaller and older starter homes. There’s lots of And hipster vibe in the area and the location is close to interstate, the dining district and downtown.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Bohemia gets its inspiration from a long-term former tenant who was from Bohemia, who started off with the unique paint scheme in this apartment. I took cues from her and her friends and transformed this mid-century modern apartment in to an unusual collection of art colors and vibrant energy.
