Enjoy our beautiful new lux home less than 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale. This 4 bed/4 bath 2 lavatory home has plenty of amenities: grill, shuffleboard, yard games, and multiple desks to work from home at! Watch the sunset at night with views of the mountains straight from the back yard or head straight out the backyard gate to the canal path for a jog around old town. Find hiking, golf, shopping, spring training, casinos, and amazing restaurants all within a quick Lyft/Uber ride!

We can sleep 12 people in our 4 bedroom home the layout of the rooms is below:

Master: King Bed and a roll away twin cot that is stored in the master closet

Master Suite 2: 1 King and 1 Twin rolling cot large tv – gaming system

Master Suite 3: 1 King and 1 Twin rolling cot, Large tv

Bedroom 4: 2 Full-size beds **bonus has a desk and chair to work at and a large TV in this room

We ask everyone staying at our home and any visitors to keep all cars parked in the carport/driveway we have spots for up to 4 cars in the driveway and two in front of the home. Any more than that we do not allow as we ask everyone to respect our neighbors and do not park in front of their homes.

Great House for a Golf Foursome

With hotel rooms tough to find this year, we were happy to find this house as an alternative. It was extremely comfortable for four buddies on a golf trip and close in proximity to Old Town Scottsdale restaurants as well as the area golf clubs.

Golf Trip Stay

6 friends stayed in this house comfortably. The house was clean and close to all the courses and restaurants we wanted to visit. Highly recommend.

Golf trip

James was great to work with. The property is in a great location. There was a little bit of a smell in the house, and there was no shampoo or body wash in any of the bathrooms, but other than that everything was great. Thanks James

Beautiful home for a large group!

Had a large group of 10 and the house had plenty of space to accommodate all of us! having 4.5 bathrooms was truly convenient as everyone was able to shower and be ready and an efficient fashion. Large living space with game rooms. Backyard also had a fire pit with patio furniture. Had a group of guys for a golf trip and it was perfect. Had everything we needed to get through a lovely weekend of golf.

Wonderful stay worth every penny

James was very communicative and has a wonderful property. It has a lot of little touches that really let you know he cares about the guests experience. The home is very well equipped with plenty of amenities, and it was extremely clean upon arrival. The location is superb, and very safe in its gated community. I would definitely stay here again during my next trip and would recommend it to any close family/friends

Best house in Scottsdale!

If you’re looking for the best place to stay book here! James from even before we walked in was over accommodating! Answering all messages to ensure we had what we needed for the best stay possible, before and during our trip. The Sonos was a hit with everyone playing music throughout the house easily. They really didn’t miss a thing in this house to make it the perfect stay. I can’t recommend this house enough!
