This mid-century inspired home designed by architect James Coiffi has it all. From the moment you enter the property you'll be awed by the soaring ceiling, large windows and abundant light. There is a large open kitchen with an oversized island and a master bath that will make you feel as if you just entered a luxury spa. The oversized lot is completely private as you relax in the beautiful pool you can gaze at the magnificent mountain views.

Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.

Our favorite place to stay!

The layout of this house is perfect for groups of 4. I travel here with my parents at least once a year and the dual primary bedrooms on either side of the house provide the right amount of privacy and quietness. We love the layout, the location, and the amenities of this house. We'll be back again! The property manger is also incredibly kind and easy to work with!

Great house. Plenty of room and the both the pool and hot tub were fantastic. Didnt mind that the property is in the flight path. Street can be a little noisy but we were fine with it. Pictures were very accurate and the manager was very responsive to any issue we had. would highly recommend

Dreamy Palm Springs Rental

Loved our stay at this beautiful property. It was lovely with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and a beautiful and functional kitchen. Communication with the management company was easy. North end of town is windy, but we enjoyed the breezes. Pool and spa were lovely and relaxing. Nice property for couples or small groups traveling together. We’ll be back!

Lovely house but there are a few drawbacks.

Great house. Well appointed. Nice pool and space. Very comfortable. You are in the flight path and that is something to consider and the house backs up to a very busy street.

Relaxing time

The place was very nice. I enjoyed the open floor plan for the kitchen and living area. Having the three bathrooms was also a plus. Everyone also enjoyed the pool, during the day, and jacuzzi, at night. The planes overhead were not an issue for us. I think we only saw 2 or 3 a day. The only thing I would ask to change is the check in time. Other than that everyone enjoyed themselves.
