Family friendly vacation rental located only 15 minutes from beautiful Siesta Key beach and downtown Sarasota. It is located at the end of a quiet street in a safe, family oriented community where most neighbors know one another. The home is new, built in 2021, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is modern and has all the essentials you will need. There is a grill and patio furniture to enjoy the beautiful weather of sunny Florida. The bedrooms are spacious. We do our best to make sure everything you need is available and units are clean and ready for you upon arrival. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Just down the road is a fresh market stand and a local favorite ice cream shop. Sarasota's best Amish restaurant, Der Dutchman, is only a few blocks away. Also only a short walk is the Pinecraft park where you can enjoy playground, nature trails, shuffle boarding, volleyball and basketball. There are several bike rentals in the area to hop on Sarasota's Legacy Trail which is only quarter of a mile away. Legacy trail is the 10 mile bike/walking trail from Sarasota to Venice! Sarasota has many great attractions and we would be happy to share some of our favorites!

Wonderful home!

We had a wonderful time in this clean and lovely home. We found everything to be clean. The owner responded very quickly when we had a question. We enjoyed the neighborhood and walking to the restaurants and coffee shops close by.

The property was clean and adequate. A little extra attention to small details would make it stellar: LIGHTING to illuminate the walkway to the rear of the house (main entry); wine glasses and wine opener; propane tank for grill; light bulbs in the lamps; larger bath towels; additional outdoor chairs; shampoo & soap; paper towels & kleenex; availability to cleaning supplies; bedside tables; etc. I am assuming the host may have been happy to provide these at our request, had we contacted him...but our stay was so brief we felt it unnecessary.

Our family is from rural Indiana but we have been traveling to Sarasota for years. We love Pinecraft area and have made many friends there over the years. We travel there every year to vacation and built a home there. We are a family of 4, having two sons 9 years apart. We love the outdoors and love the activities of sunny Florida. We are very family oriented and love to travel to different places. We do our best to make our vacation rentals cozy and equipped to meet the needs of our guests while on vacation. We have other rentals in Gatlinburg and in southern Indiana.

This property is clean and equipped with all your needs. The location is in a friendly neighborhood where most neighbors know one another. There are many activities within walking distance and many more within 15-20 minutes drive. The property is brand new with beautiful furniture. Whether it is a romantic getaway or a family vacation we think you will love to stay with us.
