We do clearly outline in our pre-arrival information that linens are provided in a specific setup process and that only starter supplies are included; however, we understand this can still be disappointing depending on guest expectations, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. We also understand your frustration regarding check-in and check-out timing. These windows are set to allow our housekeeping teams sufficient time to properly clean and prepare each home between guests, especially during peak season. That said, we always aim to balance thorough preparation with maximizing guest vacation time, and your feedback is helpful as we continue to evaluate that process.
