We had a great stay in HHI here! There was a ton of space, which was really important since we brought our dogs along and had their crates with us. The house was clean and close to everything. Communication was excellent and we had a super easy check in upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Communication before and during the stay was very good. Unit was at the end of a quiet road so we did not have to deal with any noise or traffic. The unit was very big and the fact that there were three king-size beds was a bonus.

Great condo for our family-2 parents and 3 adult children. Tennis & pickleball courts across the parking area, pool around the corner, near the end of a very quiet street. We had plenty of room, plus there were beach chairs provided.

We have been coming to Hilton Head and staying in Golfmaster at Shipyard since 2022. When the villa we had previously rented was no longer available, we were delighted to find Shelly & Joel’s Villa 505 — and it turned out to be a wonderful choice. We stayed with our two adult children and had a fantastic experience. The villa is beautiful, spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Having three king bedrooms, each with its own private bath, gave everyone plenty of room and privacy. The location within Shipyard is peaceful and convenient to the beach, bike paths, restaurants, and shopping.Shelly & Joel were wonderful hosts and very responsive to any questions leading up to our stay. Everything was exactly as expected, and we enjoyed our entire stay with zero issues. We’re very happy to have found Villa 505 and look forward to staying here again on future Hilton Head visits. Highly recommended!
