Välkommen hem - den här vackra, bekväma våningen har en fantastisk utsikt över havet från alla fönster och balkonger. Visa dina barn vid poolen eller se delfiner som simmar i havet. Tillgång till poolen eller stranden är super lätt - inga steg! Ta hissen ner och njut av den helt nya rampen till stranden .... det gör att vagnar / cyklar / rullstolar är mycket enkla.

Balkongen från vardagsrummet och mästaren är den perfekta morgonplatsen för ditt kaffe eller eftermiddagscocktail.

Det finns en annan balkong belägen utanför 2: a sovrummet med bord och stolar till plats 8.

Vardagsrummet har en stor, comfy sectional soffa w / 2 extra stolar - en perfekt underhållande plats. Om du är trött från att simma, promenera, cykla, golf, kajakpaddling, spela tennis eller pickleball ... och du vill bara vila, njut av 65 "smart 4K HDTV (vi har inkluderat Netflix).

Köket innehåller ett stort skafferi över tvättmaskinen och torktumlare. Vi har en crock potten, Keurig, (en vanlig kaffebryggare finns också) och varje gryta / panna / redskap vi kan tänka oss att laga matlagning där, en lätt strävan.

Det finns en king size-säng i befälhavaren med en 3 tums skum topper för en underbar natts sömn. Ingår är en stor soaker badkar, vatten garderob med separat sower. Två queen sängar är i det andra sovrummet också med en separat badkar och dusch. Det finns två TV-apparater på byråen om dina barn vill spela på regniga dagar.

Båda däcken har utsikt över havet - varje däck har gott om sittplatser och bord att äta ute.

Det finns en strand uppvärmd pool i axel säsongen och en 2: a pool som ligger inomhus med träningsanläggningar. Dessa bekvämligheter är tillgängliga för alla gäster (se gästboken i enheten för mer information)

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property. Condo was just as pictures described and was well stocked with everything we needed. View from terraces was lovely. We enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the ocean at night. Perfect location in Palmetto Dunes. We had a few questions before our arrival and property manager was helpful and always prompt with a response. We would absolutely stay again at this property in the future.

Absolutely Beautiful!

The condo we rented was perfect. It was decorated so great…the beds were the most comfortable beds ever. But there was nothing better than the view. We had dinner each night out on the patio overlooking the ocean. Everything about the condo was awesome and you can’t beat the location.

Great getaway

The condo is fantastic -view of the ocean from both bedroom (both have balconies too) and the living room, comfy beds and furniture. Plenty of space for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). We were pleasantly surprised to find a collection of board games for some out of the sun entertainment. From the elevators it’s a quick walk around the pool down to the beach. Complex is conveniently located and condo itself is close to the beach. The owners were great with their communication and instructions! We would definitely stay again!

Ideal location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, primarily due to its ideal location. The view from the condo is great and access to the beach is so easy. The condo was spacious and the kitchen well furnished. The mattress was great and the bathtub was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Excellent location and views of ocean. Just sitting on the balcony is great. There is a small supply of paper towel, toiletries and cleaning supplies to get things started. Much appreciated. Owner kind enough to allow us to use beach chairs which were in good condition. We took special care to clean up and return in good condition. Second time for this condo and hope to return next year!

No surprises

As the title would indicate property and amenities were as described. Which at the end of the day is the most important aspect of renting at place sight unseen. Would for sure rent this property again and recommend to anybody

A Perfect Family Beach Location

We had stayed at a unit at Villamare before but opted for this unit because it had a better view. Everything was exactly as the listing described and even a little better, as some amenities had been added since the listing was written. The unit was comfortable for our family of four and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners reached out to us promptly and responded quickly to our emailed questions. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The Villamare complex is quiet, which is exactly what we wanted, but had plenty to keep our teenagers busy. The unit has a nice ocean view and allows you to see the pool. We'd gladly stay at this unit again.

Updates needed

We love the location of Villamere in HH. Have stayed several times here. The property is well kept but dated. Elevators are SLOW and only 1 per building. Every condo has its owns decor. Ours needed updates in the bathrooms and living room furniture. All screens to balconies were in poor repair. There are way to many mirrors and tubs right in the bedroom. No privacy! We love Hilton Head so none of this affected our vacation but want something more updated. People are wonderful and restaurants are extraordinary. The beach is the best!!! Low tide on the beach can take you anywhere. If not a bike path will… I ❤️HH

Great week!

Wonderful family vacation! Many fun activities close to condo. Owner’s communication was quick and responsive. Strict rule of 16 and older at the villamare workout room which we did not know/expect… we had 2 teenagers who could use the facility (16, 17)and 2 who could not (13, 15). They all love to workout together on vacations each day so wish we had known before. Fun week and great area.

Perfect snowbird location

We had a great 5 weeks at this condo. The location is fantastic - great view of the ocean and well manicured property. Good proximity to Shelter Cove marina where there's many restaurants and a wonderful coffee shop. The condo is nicely decorated, has comfortable beds, a super large TV and a kitchen that was well stocked with everything we needed. Kris was super responsive throughout our stay. Thanks for the stay!

Great Getaway

Property was exactly as reflected online. Perfect! Additional amenities included beach chairs and cooler. Kitchen was well stocked. Bike rentals are available within walking distance. Beach wasn't crowded. Will stay again!

Amazing time

My husband and I stayed with our 3 young children in August (first timers to HHI) and had the most fantastic time. This property and resort are fantastic, unit is exactly as pictured and very clean. We enjoyed the well cared for pool, being steps to the beach, the unit being nicely stocked, and the general layout of the property. Plenty of things to do whether it be a “beach day” or other activities around the island. Easy to get everywhere on property and throughout the island. We took advantage of the borrow bin (items for anyone at the resort to use in the parking area) for our kids’ beach toys for the week. Owners were very helpful, responsive, and pleasant and easy to communicate with. I do highly recommend having your own car for your time at HHI—things like Instacart and Uber are very hit or miss and we were glad to have our own transportation.

We looked all over the southeast for a retirement/vacation spot and fell in love with Hilton Head. So much to do and very safe and friendly upscale environment.
We try to make our condo feel like home with comforfortable beds and furniture and big TV's.
