Tin Mill Cottage ligger strax utanför Old Hill City Road på en lugn trädbevuxen mycket. Visa rådjur och kalkon från däck. Njut av ditt kaffe på morgonen eller kvällen sammankomster på däck eller i badtunnan gjorde privat med den skogsklädda partier angränsande. Badtunna tillgängligt 1 april-31 oktober, stängt november till mars. Tin Mill Cottage ligger på en sluttning med utsikt över staden Hill City, bara några minuters promenad till centrum. Tin Mill Cottage är en kort promenad till närliggande Major Lake för fiske.
Tin Mill Cottage har blivit en favorit stuga för familjer som söker en prisvärd vistelse i Black Hills. De två sovrum med dubbelsängar vardera och en futon i vardagsrummet med en elektrisk spis rymmer 6 bekvämt. Det finns ett badrum med badkar och dusch, tvätt, AC väggelement och kabel-TV samt trådlöst internet. Den fullt utrustat kök (med diskmaskin) och gas grill på däck hjälper till att hålla din semester överkomligt genom att låta måltider göras "hemma". Men det finns många närliggande restauranger för dem som är "verkligen på semester"!
En bil port ger skuggade parkering för två bilar.

This was an amazing little place to stay. Very clean, everything we needed, and a quiet place to relax. We really enjoyed feeding the deer carrots. Communication with owner was fantastic. We will certainly stay again!

Tim Mill cottage stay

We absolutely loved our stay at the Tin Mill cottage. The owner Marcia was so helpful along the way and was quick to respond to any questions! We stayed with our 4 young children and it was in a quiet area where they could have space to run and explore nature. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend!!

Quick trip

This property provided a perfect location and easy access to the points of interest. Fully stocked kitchen, however we used only a few cups and bowls during our stay. Linens were nice, house was very clean and plenty of room, there were 3 of us, all adults. We enjoyed sitting outside for a few hours one day. I would stay again!

Communication with the host is excellent! Wonderful cottage with all the comforts of home!!! Highly recommended, if I could rate this 20 stars I would. Central location-walking distance to shops, grocery store and places to eat. And don’t forget the 1880 train. Wildlife galore right out in the yard daily, If you are looking for a place to relax after shopping and sightseeing, this cottage is for you!

Tin Mill Cottage exactly as pictured and described. Very clean. Quiet location. But you will get to hear the 1880 train whistle! Convenient to our planned activities. Easy walk downtown. Good food ar Hill City Cafe. Such fun seeing the many deer in the yard.

Property exactly as described. Very clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. Loved the layout of the house and all the outdoor seating options. Watched the sunrise on the east side of the house and the sunset on the west side. The grill was super nice and ate supper on the deck several nights. Great parking spaces for our truck, trailer and RZR. Appreciated the nice towels and the washer and dryer. It was hot out several days and the cabin stayed nice and cool. Close to downtown but still felt as if you were away from the hustle and bustle. We have already decided to stay here again when we come back next year!
