The Highland House is located close to the airport, downtown, shopping and many beaches and outdoor fun. The Highland House is 100% newly renovated from top to bottom. You'll get to take advantage of brand new decor, appliances, beds, TV, countertops, flooring; well, really EVERYTHING. It will become your comfort away from home. Don't worry about bringing everything, the house is completely stocked with all you will need for a quick 2 night stay or even a more prolonged visit. It has it all.

The Highland House has a very inviting floor plan with plenty of space to lounge, converse and relax. As you walk in you'll be greeted by a spacious front room with stunning decor, cozy couch and other seating arrangements. Note: the couch in the front room can fold flat for an extra sleeping option if needed. The front room then opens up to a full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and fully stocked area for all your cooking needs. The countertops brighten up the room and you'll have plenty of space to prepare meals, all while feeling free with the open floor plan. The custom island is the focal point of the room. Next to the kitchen is a dining table with comfortable seating for 4. There is also 3 barstools positioned near the island for more seating.

Drop down into the family room you'll find a stylish full couch with plenty of pillows for comfort! There is also a day bed that is positioned under 2 large windows that allows natural light to soak the room and bring added ambiance to the room. For your entertainment, there is a large 58inch smart TV equipped with all the streaming services you'll need to watch your favorite shows. Need to do laundry? No need to travel to the laundromat. Enjoy a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The laundry room is in its own private area.

Down the hallway you will find a double vanity bathroom with a deep tub/shower for a relaxing soak or refreshing shower. There are 2 queen rooms with custom colors, wall art and private closet space. The master room features a king bed with extra seating and stylish decor. Enjoy your stay while lounging around in complimentary bathrobes for added comfort.

The Highland House affords a private fenced in yard. Enjoy your private space with an 8ft privacy fence while being shaded by mature pine and magnolia trees. Access to the backyard is on the south side of the home. HiSpeed WiFi is also available!

The Highland House is located at the heart of Pensacola. You are minutes away from downtown, practically any restaurant, and other forms of entertainment that Pensacola has to offer. The Highland House is located in an older neighborhood and affords a private driveway for parking. There is room for 2 vehicles. Please only park on the driveway as the space to the right is parking for other guests staying in our Airstream. No need to worry, everyone has their own space, entrances and privacy. Please do not park on the street.
