NAS graduation trip

Arrived to a clean house walking distance to NAS. Perfect for our stay! The house was clean and newer modern appliance. The street is close, but didnt bother our stay. Safe and comfortable! Excellent hosting from Leslie!

Near NAS and convenient to Downtown

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and comfortable. The host was very nice and responsive. The house is close to NAS and Downtown Pensacola. It was a great value and easy to find.

Cute cottage near NAS

I rented this particular house to be near my son who is stationed at NAS Pensacola. It was clean and fresh and stocked with whatever I needed for my stay. Leslie was a tremendous help throughout my visit. I would book this house again.

Close to the Navy Base

Very clean nice house close to Downtown Pensacola and NAS. Looks just like the photos. Everything we needed was provided at the house. Leslie was very nice and helpful during our stay. We had a great visit and would rent this house again.

Nice and Tidy

Close to downtown. Cute bungalow, but a busy road. Didn't hinder our stay though. Very clean and tidy. Well kept and met our needs. The host, Leslie, was amazing to help with anything! She is a treasure to have as our person to contact.

Great Host!

Cute house in an area close to everyting we needed. Excellent communication and quick action from our host, Leslie. She took care of any and all issues in a timely manner. The house was very clean and had things we needed for our stay. We appreciated the snack!! We will book with this host again!

My Worst VRBO experience

I booked 3 nights at through VRBO, and managed by Evolve but left after only 2 because I did not feel safe or that the house was adequately secured. The house looked nice, was clean and cooled, but I was shocked to find that the neighborhood and that stretch of the South Navy Boulevard is quite sketchy, noisy, and the house is surrounded primarily by low-end properties.The front door keyless entry pad did not appear to be tightly or securely attached. It easily wobbled and shifted from side to side when touched and I felt it might be popped off with a screwdriver. The back door is only secured by a latch deadbolt but any intruder could break the windowpane above the deadbolt to gain access. The screened-in porch has a very flimsy door that could simply be pushed open and the porch screens are completely detached. The kitchen looked nice with an attractive new backsplash, but it seemed to have been installed over the old kitchen cabinetry without replacing or properly refurbishing and painting it. The cabinet doors beneath the sink are warped and do not completely shut. There was a nice large refrigerator, which cooled well, but did not produce any ice - either through the door mechanism or inside the freezer. I couldn’t find any ice trays. The HVAC air Intake grill in the hall was bent and rusted, The toilet seat was very loose, and there were a few other minor deficiencies, such as too few pillows, but insecurity was the deal breaker.

Clean cute house

The house is close to the base and shopping. It was nicely decorated and super clean. Leslie was a great host during our stay. She gave us some information on local places and stuff to do. I liked that hospitality items were provided for our stay, and that we didn't have to go out to buy those things. The snacks, water, and coffee was a nice touch, too!

Nice stay

Very cute, clean, and modern house on Navy Blvd close to everything for us. Leslie was always available for any questions. We truly enjoyed out stay at this home in the heart of Pensacola.

Loved the stay

I had a great experience during my stay in Pensacola. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The outside sitting area is regular Floridian style, and we enjoyed it. The house felt totally safe. It had security cameras outside and a Ring doorbell. There is covered parking and a fenced yard. The air quality was good and the flooring was clean and fine. Beds clean and nice. Fluffy towels, too. I read one bad review, and I admit, it made me nervous. Maybe that lady was in the wrong house because the words written do not match the house nor host. The host is Leslie. She was very helpful and always available when we asked questions about the area and activities. I found her to be quite pleasant. We would book this house again.

408 S Navy Blvd

Chicken was great. House was an older home that had been completely remodeled and updated inside, which included a modern kitchen with new appliances. The rooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable. There was amp le fenced in yard for our dog. Not acquainted with Roku, took a little bit to figure out the TV. I'm not so tech savvy sometimes. Be advised it's on Navey Boulevard So the traffic starts getting noisy about 6:00 a.m.. at times it's difficult to back out onto the street. Overall was a great experience.
