Welcome to NISSA, a charming apartment located in the Musiciens district between Victor Hugo and the Nice-Ville train station. You'll be just a few minutes' walk from Avenue Jean Médecin, where you'll find numerous stores, restaurants and the famous Place Masséna.
The spacious air-conditioned living room features a convivial dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The bedroom, with closet, gives access to a modern shower room. A separate toilet is also available.
The apartment is located on the first floor on Rue Georges Clémenceau. A few steps lead up to the landing.
