Enjoy pastoral views of the surrounding foothills on the balcony or have a group cookout using the private gas grill. Chefs in the group will appreciate the well-equipped, full kitchen and the six-seater dining table makes it easy for everyone to get together for meals. In the evenings, cozy up around the fireplace and catch up on your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV. A second TV room is on the first floor, so everyone can watch what they want.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Excellent Pet Friendly Stay

Great location for our annual ski weekend at Winter Park. We really enjoyed the shared space for games! Views from the property we excellent.

Fall in Fraser

Ample space for an entire pet-owning family. Loved the location: plenty of privacy, safe, quiet and immediate access to trails. So close to RMNP, Granby, Grand Lake and other outdoor adventures. Easy check in and check out process. Thank you for sharing!

Perfect Mountain Escape

I have stayed in this property several times now and it is always comfortable and peaceful. The location is incredible for easy access to town, yet secluded enough that you have privacy! Will absolutely be booking again!

A Snowy Paradise with Stunning Views

Our stay at this mountain retreat was absolutely perfect! It was the ideal spot to enjoy the beautiful mountains and Winter Park. Just a quick 5-minute drive to Main Street, we had easy access to restaurants, shops, and the local market. We were in town to spend time with family, and this home provided the perfect place for us to unwind at the end of each busy day. Being able to bring our beloved dog Khloe with us was the cherry on top! The home was not only clean but also a true oasis. Tucked away at the end of the drive, we enjoyed stunning views of the surrounding mountains during the day and the twinkling lights of Main Street at night. It was truly magical. One of the highlights of our stay was experiencing a 24-hour snowstorm from the comfort of this warm, cozy home. Watching the snow fall outside was like something out of a dream. We cannot recommend this place enough and we will absolutely be back! Thank you for providing such a lovely place for us to create lasting memories with our family.

Great stay on Wildflower lane in Winter Park!

Beautiful views up the mountain, and still a short drive to Fraser town and Winter Park resort. Perfect amount of space for all our family and plenty of room in the well stocked kitchen to cook and have apres ski family dinners! Thank you!

Family Gathering (with Dogs)

Daughter in Denver decided to host Thanksgiving; out-of-town family members (and their dogs) decided to get together ahead of the holiday in Winter Park. The Townhouse was perfect; there was space to spread out (to work) and get together to talk/play games, while also enough bare floor to separate and keep the dogs out of trouble. Several easy hikes / rambles within walking distance even in the light snow we experienced. We'll be back next time we're in the area.

Mountain Bliss: A 5-Star Family Retreat in Winter Park, Colorado

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful Winter Park home, and it exceeded all our expectations. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing. The three-bedroom layout provided us with ample space, and the cozy, mountain-themed decor made us feel right at home. The real showstopper, though, was the balcony and deck. Sitting out there in the evening and watching the sun dip behind the mountains was truly a magical experience. It's the kind of view you never want to leave. The location of this home couldn't have been better. Being so close to Winter Park Resort made our ski trips incredibly convenient, and we loved exploring the nearby restaurants and attractions. Whether we wanted to hit the slopes or enjoy a night out in town, everything was just a stone's throw away. The home itself was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything required to prepare our family meals, and the living room was a perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure. The icing on the cake was the excellent communication and hospitality of the hosts. They were always available to answer any questions we had and made sure our stay was hassle-free. In summary, our family had an unforgettable time at this Winter Park gem. We couldn't have asked for a better place to create lasting memories. If you're looking for a cozy, convenient, and picture-perfect mountain getaway, don't hesitate to book this home. We're already planning our next visit!

Cleanliness

Every dish in the kitchen was dirty on arrival. There was still old coffee and grounds in the coffee pot. Never received the access information and had to wait on hold 20 minutes to be able to get into the house.

Very comfortable and convenient!

I have stayed in Stacey's place a few times and it is always very comfortable for everyone! They layout works well for many different scenarios, and the neighborhood is always so peaceful!

Amazing stay!

Disappointing Property

When I booked the property I was sure to let VRBO and then VACASA the property manager know that we had an immunocompromised person in family. The property needed to be Covid clean. It wasn't even clean and it had broken doors and appliances. Then when people came to do the cleaning and repairs they didn't come prepared. Never again for Vacasa and probably never again for VRBO. That said the location is outstandingly beautiful and worth visiting if you can find the right accomodation.

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

We had a very comfortable stay at the Wildflower! Plenty of space for everyone, fully stocked with the essentials, and we were able to walk into town for dinners and entertainment. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Great Property

This property was great for our family with children and exceeded our expectations. I believe the property is nicer than the pictures online. The home was clean and there were so many amenities. We were pleased with this comfort of the beds and towels and the kitchen had ever item necessary and more. The property was in a convenient location. It was quiet and the mountain views were beautiful from the patio, bedroom, and living room. The only issue we had was with the management company. We had to reach out to receive our check in instructions. Additionally, while in town we texted a question to the number provided and did not receive a response. Upon check out we also shared a couple of items that they could improve upon to make the experience more enjoyable for future renters and did not receive a response from the rental company. Some attention should be given to the basement window well (outside) at the time of next cleaning.

Beautiful home with beautiful views!

This house was perfect for our 3generations to enjoy all the winter activities in Winter Park. It felt like we were in the middle of nowhere but it only took 5min to get into town! We will definitely be back!
