Hi! we are a couple that love to travel and enjoy different places and tasty food. We are at your service and for sure we will provide you and spectacular service so you can spend a wonderful stay in our vacation villa. Since a satisfied customer is a returning customer.

The Palm Villa is a quiet place for relaxing or share with your family and friends. Very close from Disney's theme parks. The atmosphere of the villa is very cozy. When you arrive you can feel the hospitality and the great service. We enjoyed each time of vacation in our villa, we wish the same for our guests.

The villa is located within the gated, upscale community of Tuscan Hills which has a clubhouse with fitness center, games room, tennis courts and children's play area.
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with 1 master bedroom and pool.
Master bedroom includes Queen size bed, walk in closet, and flat screen Smart TV. Master bathroom has shower, WC and 2 basins.
2nd bedroom has full size bed, double closet, and flat screen Smart TV.
3rd bedroom has twin beds, double closet and a flat screen Smart TV.
Family bathroom has bath/shower, WC, and sink. Living Room area has 2 couch(3-seater sofa each), patio doors to pool area, 58" Smart TV.
Dining area has dining table which seats 6 and patio doors. There is driveway parking for two vehicles.
There is also bar seating for 2 people
The pool is fully screened in order to keep out bugs and there sun loungers for soaking up the Florida sunshine, a pool safety fence to keep the children safe and a shaded lanai area with patio table seating 4 and 2 sun loungers.
+Please note that BBQ, Pool/Hottub heating is not included in daily rates. If you want some of these additional amenities, please let us know.
+Free High speed internet and WiFi available in the entire house.
+Pool is 3 feet in the shallow end and 5 feet in the deep end.
+Towels, sheets, pillowcases, pillows, and pool towels are freely available for your use.
+Coffee, Tea, sugar provided.
