If a location CLOSE TO THE BEACH is what you're looking for, this is the vacation home for you!

Situated only one tenth of a mile to popular Short Sands Beach, Ellis Park, many restaurants, as well as shopping places...all within walking distance!

This CHARMING quintessential New England shingled cottage has a wonderful enclosed porch which is perfect for many hours of relaxing, playing board games or just reading a good book. There are lovely hardwood floors, bead boarding, and a tin ceiling just to mention a few of the original architectural features. Central Air and a close proximity to the ocean, make this a wonderful treat for a vacation!

This property is pet-friendly and well-behaved pets are always welcome! So of course there is no extra fee for bringing your pet, please check the property description and House rules for more details.

Exactly what we wanted!

We had 8 people and two dogs. Size and layout of the cottage was exactly what we needed for our family. Dogs were welcome and very comfortable. Amazing view from the porch. Location couldn’t have been better. So close to everything. We loved it! One shower was a little challenging but we made it work. The outside shower helped a lot. Adorable back yard area with a fire pit. Really was just right.
