THE ACCOMMODATION
Let yourself be seduced by the charm of a stay in Bordeaux in this architect-designed studio located in a beautiful 18th century building in the heart of the historic district.
The flat is particularly quiet and opens onto a private patio. Perfect for 2 people, a double bed is located on the mezzanine with a slightly lowered ceiling.
The flat has top-of-the-range equipment for a comfortable and practical stay in the heart of the city: Nespresso coffee, linen, Speaker bluetooth bulb, flat screen, candle on remote control...
Museums, theaters, cinemas, restaurants, bars and shops in its immediate surroundings.
DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of âŹ250 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 2 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.

Take bus 1 from the MĂ©rignac airport stop to the Palais de Justice stop and walk 8 minutes.
From the Gare Saint Jean :
Take tramway C or D from Gare St Jean to Place de la Bourse and walk 8 minutes.
To park your car, street parking is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The flat does not have a car park, the public parking "Centre Commercial MĂ©riadeck" is located 500 meters from the flat.
The price for parking is âŹ19 for half a day.
