On the second floor: a second bedroom has been converted into the attic (low ceilings) with two single beds (90 cm) for children and a chest of drawers. This room is not enclosed by a door.
A bucolic, wooded, and enclosed garden of approximately 250 m² with a terrace. West-facing.
Parking for 2 cars is available in front of the entrance; the unfenced, east-facing property is available.
