This friendly and warm studio is located on the 5th floor without elevator, it includes:
- a sleeping area with a double bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Iron, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation.
For your daily errands, a supermarket "Franprix" is just 2 minutes walk.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Catacombs of Paris 6 minutes walk;
- the Luxembourg Garden 15 minutes by bus;
- the Montparnasse tower 13 minutes away by metro;
- the Eiffel Tower at 28 minutes, and many more.

The 14th arrondissement is a large residential area, but includes some of Paris' most famous attractions. The 14tht is the montparnasse tower, the station and the Montparnasse cemetery. The Catacombs, the cheerful Denfert-Rochereau, the Rue Daguerre, its cafés and small shops will remind you of Rue Montorgueil in the 3rd arrondissement. There is also the Cité Universitaire, the Porte d'Orléans district and Parc Montsouris.
## Transports
- Metro/Train:
RER Line B, 4 and 6: Denfert-Rochereau: 5 minutes on foot;
- Bus:
Lines 88 and 216: Dareau - René Coty: 2 minutes walk;
Lines 38, 68, N14 and N31: Mouton - Duvernet: 5 minutes.
- From Montparnasse station: 12 minutes by bus.
- From Paris-Orly airport: 20 minutes by taxi.
