CocoonrâBook&Pay agency offers you, in Saint-Tropez, this air-conditioned family home 250 m from the beach, with shared pool in the Domaine de la Moutte, with a surface area of 181 mÂČ and can accommodate up to 13 travelers. It features a 25 mÂČ living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 2,600 mÂČ garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 25 mÂČ living room with TV, fireplace, sofa, armchairs and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
5 bedrooms with bathroom
- Bedroom 1: 1 king-size bed (180Ă200), one bathroom with bathtub
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160Ă200), one bathroom with bathtub, WC
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160Ă200)
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160Ă200), bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 5: 1 double bed (140Ă200), bathroom with shower
- Two separate WCs
Upstairs:
- Accessible via a wooden staircase (approx. 13 steps), an attic bedroom converted into a children's dormitory, comprising 3 single beds and 2 pull-out beds, for a total of 5 beds. This attic space also has its own shower room.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- Small, independent outdoor bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC, providing additional sleeping space in complete privacy.
- A 2,590 mÂČ private, unenclosed garden + terraces with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- An enclosed, shared, unheated swimming pool, open all year round
The house is ideally located in Saint-Tropez, in the heart of the 24-hectare pine forest of the Parc de la Moutte, among century-old umbrella pines, where the song of the cicadas punctuates the summer days. Nearby, you'll find all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities :
- Guests can take advantage of the estate's two tennis courts, direct access to the
beach and a supervised summer swimming pool reserved for park residents. A rare, unspoilt setting between nature and the sea, where you can experience the Tropezian spirit in complete tranquillity.
- Plage des Salins, fine sand and a family atmosphere
- Plage de la Moutte, just a few minutes' walk away, ideal for swimming and lounging.
- ChĂąteau de la Moutte, in a verdant setting, often animated by cultural events
- Plage de Pampelonne, famous for its beach clubs and crystal-clear waters
- Saint-Tropez Citadel, with its breathtaking view over the bay and maritime museum
- Musée de l'Annonciade, a must-see for modern art lovers
- Walk in the port of Saint-Tropez, lively day and night
- Provencal market on Place des Lices, with local produce and handicrafts
- Sentier du littoral (coastal path) for hikes overlooking the Mediterranean Sea
- Excursions by boat, sea outings or discovery of the surrounding creeks

- Saint-Raphaël-Valescure train station, approx. 45 km away (1 hour by car) - serves major SNCF lines (TGV, TER)
- Nice-CĂŽte d'Azur airport, approx. 110 km (2h by car), with national and international flights
