LIVING AREA

Inviting finishes highlight the main living area, furnished with a plush sofa and armchair. High ceilings with exposed beams and an open floor plan make entertaining a breeze.

Watch favorite shows on the 43” TV. Sliding glass doors to the lanai create a seamless indoor/outdoor flow.

KITCHEN & DINING

Find quiet privacy in the master suite, furnished with a comfortable king bed. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and features direct access to the caged pool and lanai.

The second bedroom is detailed with a queen bed and sliding glass doors to the caged pool area. A third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Spend sun-soaked days in the caged pool (6’ deep) on the lanai, furnished with three poolside loungers.

Barbecue burgers on the gas grill, then dine alfresco at the table set for six.

Guest amenities include beach chairs and toys, complimentary Wi-Fi, a DVD player, washer/dryer, and parking for four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway).

THE LOCATION

Pack your beach gear and hit the sand at Fort Myers Beach, just 14.5 miles away. Several local fishing charters are nearby if you wish to arrange a day trip on the Gulf waters.

Find fun for the whole group at Sun Splash Family Waterpark (5.2 miles). Or head to Matlacha Pass Aquatic Preserve (9.7 miles) for kayaking and sight-seeing along the protected mangrove islands.

Restaurants, pubs, and shops are within a 7-minute drive to downtown Cape Coral.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
