Kom och stanna hos oss hemma hemifrån - Serenity Florida Riverside. Detta nyrenoverade hem är bekvämt för alla lokala attraktioner, men ligger i ett lugnt säkert grannskap i South East Cape Coral på en återvändsgränd. Det ligger i det eftertraktade Yacht Club-området och ligger söder om Cape Coral Parkway. Hemmet ligger några minuter från CAPE CORAL BEACH. Du kan inte få en bättre plats. Simma i din privata uppvärmda pool eller gå båtliv / fiske. Sydöstra Cape Coral är full av unika restauranger, shopping och ekoturism / parker. Allt i detta hem är helt nytt, inklusive möbler, apparater, lakan och fönsterbehandlingar för att bara nämna några.
Gå in och du kommer se den oöverträffade utsikten och inomhus / utomhus levande. De tre sovrummen har anpassats utrustade med helt nya stranddynamöbler och inredning. Två bad är helt nya, och kommer att lagras för din bekvämlighet. En helt ny sectional och 55 tums plattskärm slutför vardagsrummet. Ät middag på matsalen, eller ta en titt på utsikten och äta på Lanai på vår 6-personer poolbord med plattskärms-TV. Poolen nedanför gick en massiv renovering och är uppvärmd och redo för dig att njuta av. Ta ett dopp i bubbelbadet eller fiska av vår brygga. Vid solnedgången har vi spenderat många kvällar på att se delfinerna spela i basen av kanalen. Efter en dag på stranden, koppla av i det nya badtunnan på Lanai. Vi har en anpassad Tommy Bahama-cykel för killarna och flickvännen för damerna. Rida våra cyklar till stranden, barer, restauranger och mataffär. Kom och lek eller slappna av på Serenity Florida Riverside.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was absolutely awesome... very kind and helpful throughout our visit. The home had amazing views, especially from the dining area and kitchen, which made every meal extra special. The pool was great, and the view from the pool was just as beautiful. We also enjoyed spending time by the saltwater canal. A bonus treat was watching the local burrowing owls in the front yard every evening... my wife loved them. Highly recommend! Would love to stay here again.

This is the second year we rented this vacation home from Maggie, and we could not say enough wonderful things about her home and her hospitality. We have rented homes through VRBO over the past 8 years, but never rented the same property twice. Thank you for helping our family continue to make great memories, we are truly grateful

Great Customer Service but the House needs some TLC

Overall the property owners were extremely responsive and helpful. The refrigerator has rust in the ice dispenser which was not ideal and the grout throughout the house and bathrooms needed a deep clean. Overall the house was ok but there was a lot of patchwork. It worked for us as we were primarily at the beach or on the boat, the house is fairly spacious so that is a plus for the price if you have a larger family.

A Great Summer Vacay!

We (5 adults and 2 young kids) had a wonderful time at this rental! We stayed for a week and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Lots of fishing off the dock and the kids loved the pool! The home was clean and comfortable. Easy drive to nice beaches. There was plenty of food options nearby. The host was great and very helpful! Would definitely recommend this home for a fun, peaceful, family trip

AMAZING HOME

Communication with Maggie was great from the start! Our host was amazing, and she responded to my needs right away. I knew the property was going to be beautiful, but it was even better than the pictures - great layout with the screened in lanai with large pool being the hub of the house. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook with; plus, plenty of food staples available (spices and other dried goods). Maggie left a nice bottle of wine, plenty of starter products, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The bedroom layouts were generous, and the bathrooms have plenty of space. The views from the house are captivating! Beds are comfortable, linens fresh and plentiful and plenty of bath and beach towels. We absolutely loved everything about the tritoon boat and went out fishing almost everyday bringing home a catch of the day for dinner. The location was perfect - close to grocery stores, downtown Cape Coral, across bridge from Fort Myers and a 30-minute drive to Fort Myers airport. We will definitely come back if we find ourselves in Cape Coral, Fl again! Thank you, Kelley & David

Fantastic Vacay!

The pool is awesome and the sunshine hit it until late in the afternoon. Perfect for a whole day of floating and fun! The house was comfortable and very clean. It was great to have a garage to park the car in. It’s conveniently located to restaurants, stores and easy access to Ft Meyers and Sanibel Island.

Clean in a good location with a beautiful pool

The home was very clean on arrival and communication with the host Maggie was excellent and the few issues we had with the pool area were delt with in a timely manner. It is an older home and some areas are a little tired and could do with replacing. The canal view is beautiful as is the pool we enjoyed it very much, unfortunately we didn’t have any success fishing and saw neither dolphins or manatees but that’s wildlife for you. The home is short walking distance into Cape Coral village and we enjoyed drinks at the tiki bar and jungle bird. We had great meals at Wow wing and Monkey Bar. It’s a great location for exploring with plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive. The home is well equipped and as with most rentals some of the pots and pans are past their best but still serviceable, I agree with others on the coffee pot size, if there had have been 4 of us we’d have had to keep running up brews there was just enough for 2 full cups and a little top up each. The bed was super comfortable in the master and there was ample seating both inside and outside, we also enjoyed the bikes which are in great condition. Only improvements would be placemats for the table and replacing some of the pots and pans etc although I understand many people don’t come to cook but for those that would over a longer stay it’d be nice, some bbq tools as there were none. Maggie was a great host, the home is great and I’d recommend the home for rental.

Wonderful vacation

Thank you for a wonderful vacation. This is our second time staying at one of Maggie's beautiful homes. The house was immaculate. There was a nice starter kit of toiletries, dishwasher pods, detergent, paper towels, etc. There were plenty of bath/hand towels and beach towels. The beds and pillows were comfy. The floor plan is nice and open. There were bicycles in the garage, although we are not cyclists. It was nice parking in the garage and having the garage door opener. The pool was absolutely amazing. My seven-year-old daughter enjoyed the large shallow end and the abundance of pool toys. The boat rental through Maggie was easy peasy! We enjoyed our time on the boat. The boat was again super clean. The captain was thorough with my husband going over the charts and boat accessories. The neighborhood was very quiet. I only seen one neighbor outside getting his mail. The communication was prompt. We left our keys at the house and Maggie mailed them back to us. Thank you! We will be renting one of Maggie's homes again for our next

Perfect getaway

The house was very clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were also nice and clean. The only negative was the lack of a door separating the bathroom and primary bedroom. Overall an excellent home and value.

Vacation get away

Loved the house and location. Close to good food, shopping, and the beach. Kids loved the pool and fishing from the dock in the back. We enjoyed the beach everyday and being able to come back and relax and cook dinner.

Great !

Very clean and on the canal! Great views and the pool is huge ! Kids enjoyed not having to go anywhere to have fun if we didn’t want to. The house is well stocked and the pool toys were a plus. Manager was very responsive and helpful. Location is great and we enjoyed it all !

Couple's Retreat

My bf and I stayed here for 4 nights. Home was so cute and super clean! We especially loved the beautiful pool and view of the canal. Location to all the bars/restaurants was within a 2-3 minute drive. Host was great with communication too! Will definitely stay here again!

nice rehabbed home

This is a very nice older home that has been rehabbed. The kitchen and baths are new and very nice. They provided everything we needed in the kitchen including some spices. The outdoor pool area is just as advertised. The pool is large and clean. The hot tub is free standing, 4 person, clean and gets to a toasty 104 degrees. The dock is concrete and wonderful for viewing wildlife. The neighborhood is great. The home is surrounded with new builds. It is walking distance to downtown restaurants which is wonderful and we took full advantage of it ! The owner and property manager were both very responsive whenever we called them. This home had a few things that prevented me from giving it a 5 star review. First the master bathroom has no door on it. The toilet is 3 feet from the bed. I did not care for it. This also doubled as the pool bathroom. The second thing that prevented a 5 star review was the size of the living area. It seats 4 only and that's tight. The home sleeps 6 but only 4 , really 3, can sit in the living room. The last issue was the old and worn patio furniture around the pool. They really need to upgrade the furniture for a 5 star experience. This house is fine for a weekend maybe a week for 2 - 4 people. We stayed 6 weeks and had multiple guests. For us it was too long in a house this size. In this home you are paying for a 3 bedroom but it lived smaller for us.

Had a wonderful week in this house. Pool was nice and had a deep end which was very nice. Nicole was fantastic to work with. Touched base with us the first day to make sure everything was as we expected which was really a nice touch.

We enjoyed our stay Lisa the property manager is so on the ball and very quick to respond to any requests.. The best I’ve dealt with tbh, we have stayed all over Florida in holiday villas and Lisa was the fastest responder hats of to you! 😁 I did read in other comments that the kitchen isn’t equipped with everything, I would agree to an extent, the coffee pot is very small and mainly suitable for 2/3 people definitely needs to be bigger! Miner issue, their are other bits and bobs that would have made this villa a perfect holiday home but that’s my opinion! neighbour hood was great v quite it was our first time to cape coral it was ok I do prefer st petes/Sarasota area but this area is fairly good I wouldn’t rush back to Cape Coral but we did enjoy the villa with its large pool we all had a fab time ☀️😁🕶️

Perfect Getaway

The property is just as pictured. It's located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The property is very clean and well maintained. Communication with the owners was excellent. They made everything effortless so it was a perfect relaxing getaway. The pool area is absolutely perfect. We had an amazing time during our stay. Would definitely recommend

We came to Cape Coral for a vacation in 2014 and fell in love, so we went home, sold everything and moved here. We love the water and peaceful way of life. If we aren't helping our guests, we also sell real estate an enjoy watching our boys play hockey.
