Over 2,100 square feet of living space is filled with natural light and charming coastal touches. Find local restaurants, shops, and downtown St. Augustine within an easy drive.

Find your bliss on the covered back porch, outfitted with comfy lounge furniture and a gas grill. The fenced yard offers plenty of space for stay-at-home picnics, games, and your furry friends to roam. The front porch is furnished with a modern rocking chair. Inside, kick back beneath vaulted ceilings in the living room, a sunlit space furnished with plush seating. Watch a movie on the 80” smart TV. The modern kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a roomy side-by-side fridge. There is seating at the kitchen island, as well as an elegant dining room for greater meals and conversation. Complimentary WiFi, a high chair, a Pack ‘n Play, a washer/dryer, beach chairs, toys, and pet-friendly amenities are provided.

This home accommodates up to 10 adults and five children under 12. Everyone can spread out and enjoy five comfortable bedrooms, each with its own smart TV. The tranquil primary suite is furnished with a stately king bed. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a king bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a twin-size daybed, and a twin-size trundle bed. Find a full-size bed in the fifth bedroom. There are two guest bathrooms: one with a tub/shower combination, the other with a walk-in shower.

With a pristine beach one mile from your door and delicious restaurants within easy driving distance, your dog-friendly Anastasia Island getaway is close to an array of attractions. The St. Augustine downtown historic district is within 10 miles away, as well as St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum and the St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
