Located at Sugar Beach Condominiums, this third (top) floor unit offers acompletely remodeled interior with a pristine kitchen and a convenient bathroom on each floor. The white sand beach is just a few feet from the pool area. Your condo provideseasy access to grocery stores, shops, and popular restaurants. Enjoy a network of trails across the street for leisurely strolls or bike rides at Gulf State Park Trails. To discover more of the region’s beauty, visit Gulf Shores or Gulf State Park. For additional entertainment, head to The Wharf or Adventure Island.

The inviting living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, side chair, and a 42” TV. (The sleeper sofa is suited more for children than adults.) Whip up tasty meals in the pristine kitchen, appointed with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and ample cookware. When it’s time to eat, a dining table awaits you. Sleep soundly in the upstairs bedroom, which offers a comfy bed, 32” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower
combination. The downstairs guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. There are beach chairs and children’s beach toys available in the unit. A washer and dryer combo is located in the unit. Enjoy the on-site amenities, including four unheated pools (one can be heated in winter months, as well as a kiddie pool), a tennis and pickleball court, and the seasonal Sugar Shack snack bar (open in summer months).

Perfect Place for Getaway

My partner and I enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach. The location is perfect with multiples pools and the beach being on the property. Just a short drive to many awesome restaurants and bars. We’ll be back soon!

Cozy Condo

Condo is a cozy two story unit that is perfect for two people. Located in a less congested part of Orange Beach. If you want the benefit of beach plus pools, this rental is perfect. Easy access to spacious Sugar Beach. Condo was extremely clean and adequately updated. Overall a pleasant experience.

Girls Weekend

Needs a broom in the room. Bathtub upstairs did not drain. Other than that, all was great. We love the location of Sugar Beach. Unit was cute and just like the pictures.

It’ll do if you’re on a budget I guess

It’s not great. Photos definitely make the property look bigger. It’s very small. Small issues- light bulbs where different colors, stains on carpet and couch. One of the curtains was turned inside out. The pull out couch is the most uncomfortable thing you will ever lay on. We had to go purchase an air mattress because our child couldn’t sleep. **this does part doesn’t reflect the condo itself** While walking through the property a maintenance man was treating a condo for bed bugs. I stopped and spoke with him, he advised to me that bed bugs are a common problem at sugar beach condos. Our property did not have them, so it’s not a direct reflection of this condo, but the property as a whole.

Great for a couple

My husband and I spent a weekend, and we found it to be just right for just the two of us. The place is a little older and could use some tlc, but it was clean and acceptable for us. The lock is a little odd, and there was a broken wall outlet along with a few other things that could be fixed. The beach is very easily accessed from this unit, and there is a restaurant and a convenience store within walking distance. (Disclaimer: crossing the large highway it’s on is more or less do-able, but I wouldn’t call this a walkable area.) Gulf Shores restaurants and attractions are a very short drive away, as is Pensacola. The listing indicated that parking was cash-only ($35), but they do accept credit and debit cards. Beach service is available and was $45 for a day, though Vacasa told me that it was not available. Overall, it was a nice stay. If you’re looking for something for 2-3 people with quick access to the beach but no frills, this is worth booking.

Great condo

Everything was nice and clean. The only complaint I would have was the air didn’t blow that hard upstairs and there was no cable. We have YouTubeTV so we were able to stream cable TV which was nice. Overall, the place was great. The carts all around the complex are very nice and make it easy for your luggage or taking stuff to and from the beach area or pool if you have a lot to carry. The parking spots are a little tight but we were always able to find a spot to park. Being able to walk to the beach was so nice! The three pools around the complex was great too. Overall, I think the place was perfect for our needs. I would stay here again.

Last-Minute Vacay

Very cute! Can positively say that other condos I have stayed in within Sugar Beach Condominiums have been better equipped, but this is an issue easily amended; items such better knives, more silverware, towels in the downstairs bathroom, and a upstairs trash can. Mattress for pullout couch was a little worn down (coming from two girls who slept on it with bad backs). Very few issues and we enjoyed our stay! Okay stay

This condo is at the back of the building near the road. There is a lot of road noise. Every morning we were awakened by the noise of the construction going on next door. Some of the dishes were dirty, the drawer had crumbs, the stairs hadn`t been vacuumed, the upstairs television was busted.Basically, a disappointment from our previous stay. We paid $300 more to stay in a far inferior condo. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Not So Good

When we first opened the door, we were welcomed to trash on the bathroom floor downstairs. Get upstairs, bed had not been made, opened water bottle on the floor, dried paint chippings all over the bed, floor needed to be vacuumed. To top it off the bedroom tv was broken when turned on. Perfect Beachside getaway!

This condo was the perfect fit four our quick getaway. We loved that’s there were two full bathrooms, one on each floor. Although small, the layout of the condo and furnishings provided a spacious place for our mother-son week (2 adults and 2 children). It was easy to check in and find our room. The only complaint we had was that there was no hairdryer in the unit. Otherwise, it has everything we needed.
