The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact Vacasa for off-season availability.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
The den is open without a partition or wall.
The parking registration fee is $55.00 cash or $60.00 credit card, collected from May 1 through Sept. 30.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at sea watch 103, the private laundry was great, awesome views from the balcony. Our kids loved the play ground and the kiddie pool was amazing. The unit itself was well stocked with everything you need, the Coffee Keurig machine was the only real issue we had, it wasn’t brewing but I just used the coffee carafe with filter and that suited us just fine. The unit has beach chairs, umbrellas, kids sand toys, boogie boards and pool noodles. There was plenty of room for our family of five. We would stay again for sure!! We were blessed with beautiful weather all week so we didn’t get a chance to use the movie theater or the arcade but they were a great bonus to have if it rains.

Go early in the season

It was clear to me his rental is being used hard and not maintained. The unit had several broken amenities which would have been nice to use since they were present. Overall, the unit was mostly clean and appliances worked. I love staying on the first floor to avoid the elevator struggle (if you go you will know move in and out are hectic with all of the guests moving on the same day.) Even though I was a little disappointed this year, it will not keep me from coming back. Great family building with lots to keep kids occupied.

Another great vacation at OC Maryland and the Sea Watch

Kitchen was very very well stocked, if anything a few more forks would be helpful. Would love to have some towel bars in the master bath. Generally clean until you pull open the sofa bed and find all the crumbs in the matress and on the floor, same for the other sofas and chairs.

Wonderful vacation

We loved staying in this unit! It was clean, well stocked and perfect for our family of 4! Having the laundry closet and beach gear was a game changer. The playground, tennis courts, arcade and cinema were an incredible perk. The only thing less than perfect was the pools were rather chilly although I realize it’s early in the season. Would absolutely recommend and hope to come back!
