Kevin’s Heaven was excellent again

The home is always clean, well equipped, and perfectly situated. Home is perfect for a family of 6-8 or two families of 4. Would definitely stay here a 3rd time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house location could not be better; only steps from beach and Red Bar. But, for the 2nd year in a row, the mattress in the master bedroom is worn out and should be replaced immediately. It's quite uncomfortable and makes getting a good night's sleep difficult.

Great spot in Grayton

Reviewer Comments: We shared this house with another family and it was perfect. Location, parking and house is amazing. Clean, well appointed and the rental company was easy to deal with. Only downside is that you have to pick up keys down 30A a bit-- but otherwise perfect and responsive.

Amazing property at my favorite beach!

We enjoyed being right across from the beach and 2 porches to overlook! The property management team was amazing and even got someone over within 15 min when the air was not working one morning! Adult family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrival Friday - check in was after 4:00 pm. The code to open the house was sent to up upon request. We were checking the out TV and noticed that there was no cable connection - that was fixed the next day. We also had a bug 🐜 exterminator come to take care of little ants that were all over the first floor. Gross! The house and interior were overall fine. The kitchen was well equipped with tools and appliances (two coffee machines and air frier). The frying pans should be thrown out since they are all warped and suitable to cook on. I do suggest going over the kitchen tools and get some organization to the kitchen. Things are scattered all over the drawers. Everyone, had a comfortable bed with in-suit bathroom. The first floor hairdryer is ancient- it takes forever to dry a short hair. Overall, the location is great and it is close to the beach.

Hawk's Perch Grayton Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is lovely and the elevator is definitely a huge bonus! The beds were comfy and the kitchen appliances were top notch. The only negatives were the condition of the couches (little pieces of them flecked off constantly), the vacuum cleaner (I think it spit out more dirt than it picked up) and the shower in the master bedroom (the rain shower didn't work). All in all, it's a great place to spend a beach holiday.

Great house but housecleaners need more training!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hawk's Perch was a great house in an awesome location, but when we got there, the floors had not been swept or mopped! They were extremely dirty, with dried food on the kitchen floor and sand everywhere. I didn't really notice until I looked at my children's bare feet and saw that they were black. The management was very attentive though, and sent out another cleaning crew immediately. The 2nd crew confirmed what I saw and were actually embarrassed (and peeved) that the first crew did not do it (it was a Sat night). The other thing is it would have been nice if the mgmt company office was closer, but other than that, we loved the house, the view, the location, and the beach. We will definitely go again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time at this rental. Location was amazing and close to red bar, shorty's and the beach. The rental was not very clean when we got there, but I got it all mopped up and the sand out and wiped downy the countertops pretty quickly. Loved everything about it except that it was a little dirty when we arrived and I had to buy cleaning products.
